Jason understood my issue and quickly got me over to the correct person to help me

Phone.com has been a complete nightmare. I’ve wasted over $100 and hours of my time on repeated SMS registration failures, confusing instructions, and a broken process that still leaves me unable to reliably send or receive texts on my business number.
Their system is difficult to fix once something goes wrong, the rejection process is opaque, and basic controls are missing when you need them most.
If business continuity matters to you, I would 100% for sure avoid Phone.com.
