I have had the same experience as others have mentioned here. Claim they shipped the item. Has been around 2 months. Emails 3 times via their supposed support email and never heard back. Create new tickets with them and nothing. Only when I filed a PayPal dispute did they reply. But their response was to just wait at least 75 days. What a joke. I have provided PayPal with the URL for this site showing others have had the same issue. Hoping PayPal blocks this seller from using their service. To me if a site accepts PayPal they are legit. That is definitely not the case here. Hopefully PayPal will agree and refund my money and block them from using their payment service.

With a tracking number YLCMY22041272 I have purchased some products for my motorcycle and it has been a nightmare to see that product being sent from Malaysia, and never arrived to Denmark. You will definitely waste your money, as I have mine.

I am also in the same situation as many others I see, and are still waiting for my order after 8 weeks. So they have to be stopped from trading on the net and also the social media advertising.
Do not buy from them!!!

They're scammers. Luckily I'm only out $15, but they're ripping people off as much as they can. Now I see I'm not the only one that trusted them. These are the sickest kind of companies. How do we drive them out of business?

Placed an order August 5. No delivery. Emailed their customer support through their website September 5. No response. It is now September 18 and I will be send in another inquiry. This is wholly unacceptable customer service!

I ordered three guard rollers back on May 5, 2017. It is now September 18 and I have still NOT received them. Based on the previous reviews, I guess I'll just chalk this up to experience and never order from them again.

Bought those black sticky pads from them and still waiting for them after 8 weeks. Forget about customer service, they don't believe in it after you purchase from them. You can find them same items on Amazon.

They appear to care but you cant track your products properly and they blame it on US customs.

let me guess... they are cheap? Well John Ruskin wrote a wonderful note for you bargain hunters. He died well before the internet shopping experience, but the facts never change. It seems you all believe you can truly get something for nothing - buy lowest and get the best service.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I, like many others on here ordered items 6 weeks ago, and received an email that the order had been shipped, 4 weeks ago, and to date, I have yet to see the order. The tracking number given, can not be found anywhere, none of the couriers they have listed and the one they gave 4PX World Wide, have any record of the order. Eight emails sent, none returned. Worst point is, I have a very disappointed little grandson! Refund? Best thing to do is call your bank and dispute the charge as merchandise never received, and can not contact the merchant.

My order, placed on August 11th has not yet arrived (9-15-17). I've got two separate customer service (?) tickets in and no one has contacted me even though their website says inquiries will be answered within 24 hours. DO NOT ORDER from these crooks.

It has been 6 weeks since I ordered from Phonebibi. an email is sent with a tracking number that "Cannot be found". At this point I'm convinced all this was a scam.

I have had the same experience as others. Placed an order, they took my payment. Have not received the order, and they have not replied to my emails. Are there any steps to get money back from companies who are scammers, does anyone have a suggestion? Can we report them to Better Business Bureau?

They are a SCAM! They take your money but never fill the order. You contact them they never answer!!!!
