Happy with my new phone, great customer service but some room for improvement
In the end I got the phone and i'm happy with it. The customer service was good and easy to contact but there was a journey.
I was sent the wrong model of phone, then I was offered a full refund. I would have liked to see an offer of a replacement phone, I brought this up with the customer service agent and it turned out there was another phone in stock at a different grade. However the phone was a b grade on the website while internal documents listed the phone as c grade. Also the incorrect model i received had stones in the speaker grill. I would have complained if that was going to be my phone.
I've given 4 stars because I'm happy with the end result and everyone at the company was helpful but honestly in my opinion my experience suggests a lack of quality control and non-robust processes for sorting and checking the phones. So please look into this and make some improvements. Its a shame for a company with a good culture and service to be let down by in my opinion disorganisation.

90% satisfied, because of nordpost, we was waiting for the packet as they said on the email and than they send us an sms that there is no code for the door, we directly put the code so the no need to lie. Than he just tossed the package in direkten so I needed to go get up. Please choose another delivery company. They 100% unreliable.
