I had problems downloading pics from my phone to my laptop, so did my brother i took both phones to phone hub and the guys sorted the problem out in minutes and didn't ask for a penny, my experience was a very positive one, thanks guys.

Lost £350 and the phone

One star is too much.
Returned the phone, no refund. They promise a 1 year guarantee but just ignore you when the phone isn't working. I lost £350 after buying through Amazon who don't want to know.
Do not buy from these people.

I don't have the word's & if i wrote all my experience on here it would be page's & page's, so I'm not going to waste my time.
So all I'm going to say is this is the worst place & the worst service & worst person i have ever met, the biggest con artist & the biggest rip off merchant & the biggest scammer in the world he must be.
What a discusting man with his well over priced 2nd hand phones that are more expensive than new ones & they don't even work properly from day one & always blames the customer & he will never refund anything even if it's not your fault, he will blag it & blame you & that's even when you've first purchased.
I only went there because i just got back from holiday & just grab something because he was the closest to my house.
He's a complet..... & more.
Today i had to restrain my self from punching him in the face.
I don't understand how he is still in business.
By the way this is elains son as i cannot access my email at the moment you scumbag!
Another thing this guy doesn't have any good reviews so he must.......most people.
The only people that give him good reviews are his scumbag friend's just like him.

Front and rear covers

Phoned this idiot and quoted me £20 to replace the front and rear covers I purchased. Went back 30mins later and he tried to get £30 for the repair, bstd. I paid him £20 as that was his original quote. Be careful with this sneaky liar

Zeeshan was a pleasure to deal with

Zeeshan was a pleasure to deal with. Took time to both listen and explain. The speedy service of two iPad Pros that had been fried by a faulty charger was superb. Both came back working perfectly and a slight bend in the case, and loose home button of one were also fixed perfectly and at no extra cost even though they weren’t part of the issue I took them in for. Zeeshan couldn’t have been more helpful in advising on new chargers and avoiding future issues. I’m well pleased and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere now. Very much appreciated, Thank you!

This is a terrible phone dealer

This is a terrible phone dealer, they offer phones (samsung note10+) with faulty screens (screen burn-in), loose back covers, these issues are completely ignored in the item description, when I bring up these issues, they think I'm just Don't like it, let me return it first. Hey man it's not my problem, I trusted you guys to pay first. When I offered to refund first and return the item, they said I was a liar. Well, if you blame the buyer for making a mistake, well, let's see what we do next.

Very happy with customer service had bought a defective iphone and needed a new one the staff were prompt friendly and knowledgeable not only did they knock 45quid of my iPhone but put a awesome glass protector and gave me a nice case to go with it the phone is perfect as all phones are fully tested before bought the other two shops in consett don’t do that so I find that to be brilliant personally really happy with the service and really happy with my iphone in future if i need a phone or accessories I will only use the phone hub and I recommend everyone does too service was second to none ! Thanks lads

No product, poor customer service, slow refund

Based on my personal experience, avoid, folks. Ordered an iPhone 6S from them. Promised next day delivery. Then, several HOURS later, a generic and contradictory e-mail telling me that owing to an "internal systems error" they couldn't send my handset but "not to worry, (we) get stock almost every day". So I rang them and spoke to a man who, frankly, couldn't have sounded less interested if he'd tried. Turns out the "internal systems error" was (as I suspected) an error by the person they employ to manage their stock levels. The computer hadn't miscounted - that was a very human mistake.

No alternative product offered. Would've been nice to have been given that option since it was THEIR fault I wasn't going to receive my order when promised. Instead, a vague promise of more stock after the weekend and when I asked how long it would take to refund me, I got a "prob'ly twenty-four to forty-eight hours". So I asked for one. And I'm still waiting. Tick tock, tick tock.

Quick enough to TAKE your money, unable to provide the promised goods and then REALLY drag their heels when coming to refunding you.

Based on my PERSONAL experience I would advise you to leave this company well alone. I'm sure that for every frustrated and disappointed customer there is someone who is delighted but I can honestly say that I can't find a single good word to say about Phonehub and I would strongly recommend giving them a very, VERY wide berth.

*UPDATE*
As for the company's response, I'd like to invite them to provide me with a recording of the telephone call between myself and them because I am absolutely ADAMANT that no alternative product was offered. Had that offer been made, I would almost certainly have accepted it as the handset was more important than a refund.

I'm sorry that they feel that I made "derogatory" comments towards their staff member in my initial review - these comments have been removed but if they believe the chap I spoke to is a pinnacle of Customer Service, I fear that they're mistaken.

I have now sourced a handset from an alternative company (see my review of The iOutlet) who were SUPERB. THAT is how a company should operate. Sadly there is no comparison and no amount of objecting to the honest reviews of your customers will change that.

I object to being accused of being a liar and, as I said before, would like to put Phonehub to proof over that matter because despite your protestations, no alternative product was offered. And being that I called from a company telephone, if you can't provide a recording - I certainly can.

Worst experience I've had in my life

Worst experience I've had in my life!

Brought a phone in to repair a screen. Came in to pick it up and they'd had a robbery. They assured me I would recieve a new phone. When I went back to talk to them about it they told me since they can't find my phone I can buy a new one from their shop. They said the buying price of my phone is £70 and my screen coated £60 they'd give me a £10 voucher for the phone that they stole from me. Obviously I was not happy with that so I told them I wanted the selling price of the phone which is worth £135 minus the security deposit of £30. After about six months of arguing they finally agreed to send me the cash. After another six months of badgering them I've still not received anything. They make up excuses such as their boss is away, I should come back another day or that there's a new owner.

I basically paid them £30 to steal my phone.
