Beware as Phone Hug may not be suitable for your phone

The Phone Hug was not suitable for my IPhone 14 Pro Max, although the Company told me it would be.
I returned the item undamaged and basically unused. Phone Hug are now refusing to pass Credit as the items sent were opened, yes I actually opened the items ordered to find they were unsuitable.
Do not trade with these people.

I wouldn't recommend this company nor…

I wouldn't recommend this company nor the phonehug. It didn't fit my phone, despite photos of phones with three lenses. The narrative says if it covers lenses to just pull down but that didn't work. The bottom part of the hug also half covers any buttons at the bottom and if you pull it down more it's not secure. Although the company gave me a refund (I bought a lanyard as well), they wouldn't cover my postage (said I should have specifically asked them if it fitted my phone - it's a mainstream galaxy!), and not only that, they deducted their postage as well, so effectively I've only had half my money back. And that wasn't straightforward either. Had to follow up numerous times. Personally I'd avoid this company.

For older phones as restricts view otherwise

Unless you have an old style mobile, this is no use as it covers the screen so you cannot see it top and bottom, and in fact presses the touchscreen buttons on the bottom of your phone, so it is a waste of money for us unfortunately.

Sorry to hear of your dissapointment Jennifer. The straps do go across the screen as this is how the phone is secured. We did try other designs but they were not as secure.
The straps can be easily moved, a lot of feedback from our customers has told us that for a sake of a wiggle the phone is secured.
We have found that it is best to use PhoneHug over a phone case
If we can help in any other way please do let us know

Great product

Great product! I have one on my iPhone SE, and it fits beautifully, does not obscure any functions such as camera, return button etc. I found it particularly helpful on holiday, when using the camera frequently, and the lanyard keeps it safe while also keeping it available.

Poor co-operation/communication

Poor co-operation/communication. Owe me over £1000 for services rendered, with a lack of communication with this company.

BEWARE when dealing with this company. I would advise a credit check, or advanced payment before any services are rendered.

Dear Zaim,
It was clearly identified that the invoice raised contained incorrect amounts, which was retracted by yourself upon engagement with our solicitor, resulting in no funds being outstanding
We respectfully ask that this statement is retracted

Thanks!!

Brought one of these with a lanyard. Didnt really know what to expect as havent really heard of the company. I have an iphone 7 plus and was worried if itd fit but fits really well. I feel like my phones really secure and can now take and use my phone whilst im out horse riding. Really good and really happy. Seemed really cheap for the price almost too good to be true but its perfect 👍👍👍
