Offered refund. Never happened. Ignored emails and Fair Trading
I bought a baby monitor from them, through Ebay which was faulty. They promised to organise a refund, but did not. Emails from Fair Trading and myself were ignored. Due to no phone number it appears nothing can be done. Ebay wants you to deal with the seller directly, which can lead to delays where you get no refund and cannot leave a negative comment.
If you purchased through Ebay and have a problem request a refund immediately before it is no longer available.
