poor customer service
Didn’t have the colour I ordered. My reply went to phoneinc junk email, but no follow up from phoneinc. I paid for 2 full price freight, but had to wait a month as both purchowere combined into 1 package. No reply to multiple requests for delivery date. Customer service completely lacking.

You want a review but I dont even know whats bloody going on.
Purchased a phone only to be told there was none in stock - yet a week later they are still advertising these out of stock phone. Was offered a different phone that I dont want - I have sent numerous emails but no one replies. Whats going on? Are sending me a phone I dont want or giving refund!! Total crappy service and wouldn't recommend to anyone
