Compare to other UPI segment Phonepe is worst
They are playing with customers money
1. Only for Phonepe RBI rule is there to hold customer's money in the name of Financial Year end. But other UPI Payments and all don't have the RBI rule.
So many business partners are working based on day to day collection. But this people simply holding customers money for their play.....

Phonepe is not reliable, phone pe customer care executives are rude and they don't resolve any problem, they don't help, stuck payments are confirmed after 2-3 days because of which customer make double payment,if one wants to get the amount refunded the customer will have to go back where he/she made payments but phonepe won't help

Phone pe app is good but there is a big error in app we can see only one year certain months transaction no one can suggest how can we get older data of transaction how to contact customer care also not even responding while call when compare to Goole pay old approx 5 yers back transaction alos we can see ,now days everything is upgrading phone pe also has to be updated there app by taking it as a high priority

Don't go insurance with Phonepe. They do not provide support. and after payment, any issues Phonepe gave the insurance company number only, I want to cancel my order they told me to visit the office directly. and online support is not available. 2 months over still I am not getting the refund.

Don’t buy any insurance throw phone pay…I buy two wheeler insurance on 4th 3200rs after pay ..they r not send documents . customer care not support..they r said story..app take 30 days..for redound…please ignore phone pay insurance…

Very worst support if suppose money is debited to your account. They said that is your money take care yourself like this.pls don't use this type of app without awareness.

This is a SHAME on your team to follow Malpractices to get the merchant's onboard. I have been given an offer for Phone Pe payment gateway at Flat 1.5% + GST (proof in trail email below) by Mr Rahul Pawase Key Account Executive PhonePe Pvt Ltd yesterday and had been told to send documents for on boarding. We did send the documents however suddenly there is a clash between Mr.Shrikant Gachpane working As a Key accounts executive at PhonePe and Rahul Pawase, as Srikanth wanted to take this lead under his belt and did not even follow up on this lead and Rahul has closed the lead.
Now They are saying that they cannot offer 1.5 instead they can give 1.65. However, I have proof of Srikanth saying that the phonepe team is now reducing the rates to 1.5 as earlier when he had offered at 1.65.

Also Kunal Manoj Kate - is trying to justify that Phone pe email sent yesterday was without his knowledge where he is also marked on the email
