Stop bothering people
Phone ordered late Tuesday evening, arrived Thursday morning EXACTLY as advertised. I could not be happier with the phone i received and the rapid speed of delivery. Zero complaints = repeat business from me, so i will be back in the future without a doubt.
EDIT: The charging cable that came with the phone was faulty. They also are very pushy about the free 30 day insurance i will never take on, for obvious reasons. Lots of emails and text messages as reminders to activate. Very very off-putting and subsequently will not be returning as a customer.
Oh, and they keep asking me to review my purchase with them. AFTER i reviewed my purchase with them.......

More Information Needed
The site would not allow us to select a new battery. No information as to why. Fully charged battery in the phone would not even give us enough time to set the phone up.
Called and the only option was to get a refund and order a whole new phone with a new battery now that you have them in stock.
I would have preferred more information on first order and would have opted to wait for the phone so it had a new battery.

Long wait, no communication, cancelled order
Delivery estimate was already few days. Week later no update for delivery tracking. No phone contact over the weekend. Wrote to cancel the order and response received when already received goods from different provider.
