Still haven’t got my delivery and can’t get any response to my queries.

when i ordered the phone online it had been sold out but i got up graded by phonesdirect which was great but when the phone arrived the ear piece was not working so i rang phonesdirect and with no problem at all they said they would repair it at no extra cost . I have to say great to deal with and Ronan of ibroke galway was more that helpful will definitely deal with them again.

2 weeks since I ordered phone. Still not arrived and no contact from company.

I got scammed by them, bought a iPhone 15 pro max from them. After paying I was told that the phone was sold to someone else in shop and they had only one in stock so they will refund my money. Tried to call the phone many times but they will give a different reason everytime and say they will call me back but they never call back. I have opened a case with PayPal and I’m in process of taking this up to authorities. Please everyone beware THIS IS A SCAM website.

They Cancelled and refunded my order for no reason

If I could give 0 stars I would.. Ordered a phone and waited 2 weeks for it was on the phone nearly everyday and they lied and said the phone was shipped, absolute joke of a website I will never ever be buying from them again.. turns out they didn't even have the phone in stock.. spoke to 3 different people (one of them not having great English and an awful attitude with me) and everyone of them told me a different story! Disgrace

Ordered my iphone on 1st April and has not reached An Post yet as i checked on the tracker. Discovered iPhone was delivered to an address in Galway. Phonesdirect contacted An Post and received my iPhone a few days later. I’m very happy with phone. Problem was with An Post not phonesdirect.

I ordered a Samsung s8 the phone is in perfect condition and the company was a pleasure to deal with.

I ordered 2 refurbished iPhone 8s. The pricing was competitive. They arrived in excellent condition and are working perfectly. Can’t ask for more than that. I sent a few private messages on Facebook with some questions that I had. Response time was very quick. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered an iPhone X when I smashed my other phone getting into the car. Ordered online and had the phone delivered the next day. Decent saving compared to another site I was going to buy on before I found phonesdirect.
