I have been in contact with Phonesrefurb and they have confirmed that I will indeed receive a refund for the extra fee, and a gift as compensation for my inconvenience will be sent to me. I really appreciate this kind gesture and have therefore upgraded my review to 4 stars.

On 21 April I ordered a tablet from Phonesrefurb in London, as a present to my daughter, Estimated delivery time: 23/27 April, long before my daughter’s birthday half May.
27 April came about…. no tablet received. After several email and chat exchanges, in which I expressed my concerns about the delivery, I was repeatedly reassured that it was no scam and was promised that the tablet would certainly be in time for the birthday party (imagine a 16th birthday party for an autistic girl). So, I patiently waited until….
The day of the birthday! Still No Tablet! Try explaining that to an autistic 16 year old.
My concern transformed into anger, resulting into, again: exchange of chats and emails, and above all: promises.(chat: “Let’s see if we can make something special as a compensation for her”)
When finally the tablet arrived, I was appalled to find out I had to pay an extra fee of £27.67 because the package was sent from The UAE, not London! So again, chats, emails and promises (chat: “You can simply submit your receipt and we will reimburse you within 7 days” chat May)
Last time I heard from PhonesRefurb was 23 May: “You should expect to receive an update sometime this week”
Today we are 13 June:
- yes, the tablet arrived
- no reimbursement for the additional fee
- no promised present as compensation for the inconvenience
- late to no replies to my emails

It was not until after delivery that i became sure of the quality of my item, it is worthy of my purchase. I was surely afraid but in the end i was not disappointed and i love it. my headphones works flawlessly and i am willing to recommend.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I bought these Airpods which they ensured would come with the box, and it did not. On top of that, their products come from abroad and you will be asked by fedex to pay import tax. They promised to reimburse me and 2 months has now passed and i have not received it.
They have no answers on their phone lines and extremely little response by email.
I could be wrong but i suspect that there is something off about this company and would not recommend at all. They have ignored most of my recent emails and I had to start proceedings at the small claims court and issue a letter before claim which again they have ignored.
If the import charges were not clearly disclosed during the checkout process, even if there's a separate page for terms and conditions, it could potentially be considered inadequate disclosure. The checkout process is a critical point where customers expect to see all costs associated with their purchase. Failure to provide clear information about import charges at this stage could lead to customer confusion or dissatisfaction.
I was not aware of the import fees to begin with and neither was it clear at check out. I was also promised maximum reimbursement by the team via email and to this day have not received this.

I got a genuine product, bought a black iPhone 15, came packed and sealed, it was delivered in 10days. Setting up the phone was easy, the condition of the item is as described, I checked the warranty and it still has 9months manufacturers warranty.

Original ps5 product with all accessories, less information about the version and this is not mentioned on website. It should be mentioned that the product could be Japan or UK or any other version. Aside the mentioned i am 100% satisfied. For me the price is great and the product is authentic which is good enough for me. Thanks phonesrefub

I advise you on it. I was one of the people who was afraid to order from Phonesrefurb and it would not come out original and would spoil quickly.. Currently, he has completed over 2 weeks with me and no issues. It is original, awesome, and works perfectly. If someone has any concerns I suggest you read the policies or ask questions as I did.

I can call my purchase brand new, it is almost perfect. I checked everything and it is as described! Just the open box, looking at the battery health it is at a 100%. Now that is what I call good product.

I've had my purchase here for a little over 1 month, I've had no complaint about the product nor service, and I am satisfied and happy with my experience.

Frankly I like the product, it did come in pristine condition as advertised, hence my experience is worth mentioning.

So I picked bought the apple watch ultra 2 no so long ago, and I gotta say, it's been a pleasure and a pleasant suppose. Right off the bat, it looked legit, which was a huge relief, I was abit worried about head issues after updating the os. But so far so good, no problems at all and I am really happy with it. I feel good about my purchase.

Ordered from this website - makes you pay by bank transfer so you can't claim back with your bank through a fraud team.
Item never arrived, phone number doesn't ring through. Promised re-delivery. Never happened. Promised a refund never happened. Eventually after a refund was supposed to be being processed, I had an email to say that the product had been sent and they sent a tracking number, it finally got marked as arrived, and it was sent to another county, so clearly wasn't a tracking number for us. We will be proceeding with small claims court next.

UPDATE - Since writing this review we have been sent a partial refund - not the whole amount and have not heard anything back from the email address, only this response below to the review.

The product is great, the service and customers support is good bit delivery speed could be improved. 9/10 overall and deserved review.

Guys please read this!!! It's a scam 100% I have bank fraud case reference number open and crime reference number and probably a solicitor is next. You won't see your item or money back! Just been scammed of £563. Please click on bad reviews ans you will see there's loads in my situation! Don't be next! !!! Update !!! 24th of May the scammers flagged my review for containing the truth oh sorry they’re saying my review is harmful. Yes scammers ,it is harmful for you as people see the truth. Obviously if anyone is wondering still no phone or refund and will never see anything off them as it’s a very organised scam

AirPods Pro Scam - No replies
Order a pair of Apple AirPods Pro on the 8th of April said it would arrive 10th-15th, the airpods never came and I tried to call but no one picks up the phone, I emailed and they said they would get back to me in 1 business days, they never came back and didn't reply to subsequent messages, this is definitely a scam site do not trust!

Reply: they are trying to say my card got cancelled hahaha the money literally came out of my account.

I was looking for a phone for my kids, found one in this store at a reasonable price, thank you very much, really liked it, especially not expensive.

This is a store where you can find all the most popular technology.... We got a MacBook for the first time in 2022. The equipment is working, you don't worry that suddenly something will go wrong. The last one we got was a Samsung ultra smartphone, everything is top-notch (probably the best price is the most pleasant). In general, the whole family is satisfied.
