I went in to get my battery and charging port replaced on my iPhone 12 Pro. I payed £100 for both. What seemed great at the time after a few weeks the battery started to loose life rapidly. Unfortunately because I was out of the country for 2 months at a time (work) and I couldn’t come back straight away to take it into the shop for them to fix. The warranty lapsed and though my phone still turns off randomly 100 times throughout the day and my screen is actually coming away from the phone itself and it overheats. I was told that it was my fault that this had happened and nothing to do with the crap product they call a battery. Because if the way I had charged it. Then they insisted that I pay again to get it fixed. I even talked to the same guy that installed it originally.
To anyone who doesn’t want their phone in worse condition than it was before they played to get it fix, I’d recommend saving yourselves money in the end and go to an authorised Apple reseller. Not this company.
SCAMMERS
If they call you suggested to give them only card detail that is not active or contains no money then report them to the police!
Setting up a direct debit on your account with no service or product provided, i.e stealing your money.
Be very careful with them.
Scammers. Sent two wrong phones and asked me to send them back before they dispatch the right phone. Said they would give an iPad mini as a gift for th mess up. Long story short- they took 2 phone contracts out on my name using my bank details. Luckily I cancelled bank card and got straight in touch with the provider of the sims. O2 are investigating. Whatever you do, do not send the phones on to the address thy give you.
They are a scam phoned me up said that I can have upgrade with o2 and cheaper took my details set up a contract with ee when I received phone it was wrong phone and network they told me it’s a mistake and that they would send me new phone and give me a I pad mini as a sorry they sent dpd to pick wrong phone and never heard off them again they basically stole the phone that they took out in my name. I’ve had to report to ee and action fraud also reported to dpd
Phone world contacted me and offered 3 sim only deal. The deal I accepted was £3 per month 24 months contract with unlimited data, unlimited national call including mobile with 500 minutes international call per month to any country.
As they promised I didn't get my sim next day. Instead I received 3 iphone12 with sim , 3 parcels through the DHL. Just before the parcel arrives some one from phoneworld call me and informed me that my order will arrive within an hour. After the wrong delivery I got a call from phoneworld. I told them what I received. They pretended that it was a mistake and request me to take it to a near by post office and I did. Since then I have tried to contact them via both email and telephone. They did not reply to my email and they keep hanging up when I ring them. They already setup 4 direct debits with my bank.
The numbers I tried to call them: 02039689994 and 02038748142 which are dead. The following email I received from them:

Biggest uk scammers!!
Be careful people stay away and don’t share any details with them.
I reported to the police about it.
they contacted me for a new phone contract, it was promised thursday they sent 3 wrong phones and asked me to post them back which i did. So far all normal, then they said on 3 different days i would get my phone and gave me 1hour slots it never arrived. now i have emailed them, no answer and when i do manage to get through and give my name they just hang up. i now am trying to cancel my direct debit and get back the money i paid. i am not sure what they are all about but they promised a good deal and at the moment nothing. I think it must be a scam so just be careful because they want all your bank details. I have just asked them to cancel my direct debit and refund my initial payment and again they just hung up. Latest events, today i found out they had set up 4 direct debits from my account so i have reported them for fraud and my bank have cancelled them and are sending me a new card. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The number they called me on 02038759390
Phone world company has provided me very good services.
First I thought that they are a just wasting my time but when they upgraded my contract its cheaper than what I got in the past and they have upgraded it with my same number as well.
Best Company Services I ever used.
Phone World has updated my mobile phone contract with o2 and I am pretty happy with their services.
