So boring, the same brilliant service and the same excellent product so reasonably priced. I can't fault them. You will be pleased with their service.

There is nothing harder than going through a thousand photos to find the best ones to go in a photobook. The Photobook company has made the process so much easier by letting you download the software to create your book, at your pace, giving very easy and instant access to all your photos, without the trauma of uploading them first. The photo editing tools are great. Positioning and sizing of photos is easy once you see some of the help guides. When you are ready, the project is uploaded with only the photos in your book. The finished product was a much higher quality than expected. Pages are thick, not flimsy. The covers are printed. I selected their "lay flat" book - and the ages lay flat when you go through the book. This is a great product, so much so I have already made two books. I'm inspired enough to go through older photos and make more books.

Have used this company to make photo books several times in the past. Very user friendly. I got the $30 odd photobook this time, soft cover. Very pleased with my project which was a small memento of a week's holiday with three friends. I'll be going back after our next holiday for sure.

I have been using Photobookshop for mang years for small and large books, calendars, canvas and acrylic prints. They are amazing, NEVER had any issues, prints are perfect, delivery is fast (even to Tasmania)! Highest recommendation.

Shocking customer service. My project was deleted- even after I followed their email instructions to confirm I was still working on the project. I've had back and forth emails for weeks now to follow up and after no luck was told to email another department- who for 2 weeks have never responded. Super disappointing. From reading other reviews it seems their software is not reliable so I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable service.

This order was a replacement for an order damaged by poor handling by the courier. The offer of a replacement in place of the damaged order was above and beyond and greatly appreciated.

We're delighted with every book we have bought from PhotobookShop. The books are easy to complete and if you pre-purchase vouchers from them it's also very affordable. The quality of the many books we have had printed by PhotobookShop remains consistently high. These books are a wonderful way to preserve happy times with friend and family.

I've been using this software for many years and recently, I had a problem with the final product. I sought some assistance and received an email with advice on how to get the most out of the software and a voucher for a reprint.

I use the downloaded version rather than the online version and have found it has features that help significantly in a better quality product.

Easy to use software, great quality photobook and quick delivery. Only issue we had was that paying with visa debit card wasn't working.

The support people were always helpful and gracious. The software while not ideal was easy to navigate. The quality of the book was excellent. I expressed concern upon receiving my book that the photos were too dark. As a result I received a credit towards a future project which I will use .

Just received my Photobook from PhotobookShop. I continue to be amazed at the professional manner that PhotobookShop provides, displays, and maintains. From creating photo albums, uploading, producing and delivering. Simply Excellent and Professional in all aspects. The quality of the books is second to none. An example of their capability was I placed an order for 3 Albums to be printed and sent from Australia to the Netherlands....they were completed and sent and received in the Netherlands within eight (8) days of me placing the order.... brilliant!!
