My daughter ordered a personalised phone case, 14 September, and paid an extra $15 for express shipping and tracking. To date, no tracking information sent to her, no further correspondence on her order, no reply to her emails. Despite lockdown, worked into the estimated delivery date was the locked down extra time, it was supposed to be delivered on 22nd September, still no comms.

The website was easy to use with a good range of products. I ordered a photobook which is a great little standard book - not the highest quality finish, but perfectly good for an everyday photobook and I would order again. I also ordered the magnetic strip photos and these were a nice surprise regarding quality - really good as presents. But what i was MOST impressed by was the customer service. My delivery was delayed by a couple of weeks so I got in touch to enquire about it and had a polite response straight away. I got an apology and was told they'd order a reprint to send out to me again at no extra charge. Given all the issues with covid etc affecting businesses, I think this was above and beyond and showed great kindness.

I was hoping to keep our wedding invitations simple by all having all the information in one place, easy to send overseas, with a personal touch. Photobox ticked all these boxes!
The functions to add photographs, sentences and images are user friendly, and importantly the price and quality were excellent.

Good quality magnets, came packaged in an envelope as well. Bought one of the magnets as a gift for my best friend and she loved it. A bit expensive though!

What an amazing experience I had with Photobox. So easy to design and create, the delivery time was outstanding (even despite New Zealand being in lock down!) The product was of excellent quality, was easy to instal and has become a focal point of our home. I loved Photobox and have already started my next project!

I was disappointed that there was not a white edge between the photos and the outline of the pages, while I stayed withing the lines when creating.

Pretty good and good price however I thought the canvas could have been pulled a little tighter on the frame

Easy to use website, and awesome range of products. Difficult tracking delivery: not enough info in various stages and why do orders get split and not delivered as one?

A great finished product. Some frustrations with the photo book making tool that could be fixed.
