I don’t even know where to start. I bought a proxy from PiaProxy.com thinking I’d get something functional — what I got was a dead proxy right from the moment I plugged it in. DEAD. No connection, no speed, nothing. Just money straight into the bin.

And when you reach out to their so-called “support”? Forget it. They’ll deny your refund request faster than you can type it, and then start asking the exact same questions you’ve already answered — not once, not twice, but over and over again. It’s like talking to a wall, except the wall doesn’t waste your time.

Here’s the real kicker — they love to stall.
“Can you test it again?”
“Can you confirm your location?”
“Can you check your device settings?”
HELLO?! I’ve sent screenshots, logs, step-by-step proof. I’ve answered these questions every single time and you still act like you’ve never seen my messages before.

And now, they reply faster then before, when I sent a message saying I am going to drop a bad review on trust pilot process. Oh joy. More excuses, more delays, more nonsense. We all know what that means: endless waiting while they pretend to ‘work on it’ and you never see your money again.

Over 100 IPs purchased and none of them works on mobile phone. And the ones that did work on my laptop are of low quality - especially the ones with AT&T ISP.

The worst service ever seen! Purchased socks5, which I never received. The system locks me out. I have contacted support, but there has been no response. I think it is a scam!

I am pissed with this guys. Imagine buying a proxy for it not to work, buying another one not working, buying another, works for like 5 mins then stops working. Half the time i have to restart the app to check if it'll work just to end up buying another IP. Ooh and the fact that when you buy one and restart the app, even if you haven't used it your money is just gone like that. I would think if i buy something and not spend it within a reasonable time frame i would still be able to use it, but not this guys. And am not alone here my friends who've used it have the same experience. I don't even understand why it has 4 stars on here. If you haven't bought proxies from this guys don't even waste you money, find a different provider.

I just lost $100 to this scam proxy site, thier customer care are not responding. i bought a proxy for Chicago IP but the location they provide was kelv in Ukraine.. contact the customer for more than 72hrs and no reply. Avoid them at all cost

no customer support and all the good review on trustpilot are bought bots reviews just tested their trial 9$ using crypto nothing happens tried on site support it doesnt have just bot and email no answer seems to not care or spam just beware

My friends and I have been suffering from wrong locations after buying the Static subscriptions.
We pay for London and when we check on whoer.net we see they’ve either given us Hong Kong, Cairo or Johannesburg and all our appeals have gone down the drain.

Five months using this proxy service and I can say it is my favorite. I must confess I had troubles at first, especially using http proxy but I got help from customer support and it has served me ever since. 4.9 stars from me.

I purchased a residential proxy (traffic plan) that I can't use. I can't select the correct location, and I'm unable to create a user/sub-account. It keeps showing a message saying "please recharge first," even though I've already made a purchase of $17.50. Now I can't work using this website. I tried chatting with the live bot and was redirected to support at piaproxy.com. I emailed them almost a day ago, but I haven't received a response. I would prefer a refund at this point, but I still haven't received any response from Piaproxy. I think they might be a scam.

Bought 200 IP but no one work. I already try to use 12 different IP from different country. No one ever work one second when i do the test on Proxifier. Scamming company. They probably using their ip for themselve in order to put fake good review. All good review are fake. Dont cry after if you loose your money. All bad comment told you the truth.

Aside the Socks5 Proxy, The Long Acting ISP Plan and Static ISP Proxy are bunch of Junks.

On 2 August 2024, I purchased three static ISP Proxy they never worked on my iPhone. I wrote an email and nothing was done about it, $15USD just went down the drain.

Again on 11 October 2024, I mistakenly purchased Long Acting ISP Plan instead of Socks5 Proxy, i quickly wrote an email requesting to convert or convey the value of the mistaken LA ISP Plan to Socks5 Proxy, It's been over 24hours, No response. I have followed up the email with a screenshot and my account ID, yet it's looking like a lost 88USD.

If nothing is done about this, I will consider PIA a scam and will not recommend it to anyone.
