Money Scam + Fraud
I tried to buy a static ISP IP address. I used four IP quality detection websites to test it. The results all showed "abuse" or "high risk". In short, it was all red. Then, I sent them an email asking for a refund, but they refused, claiming that they could change the IP. I refused to accept their junk products again and asked for a refund again. They still shamelessly said that they could change it. I just want to say that this is a "forced transaction" behavior, a behavior of "forcing people to accept their junk products". You can't refund your money, but you can only watch your money being cheated away by them! By the way, I recharged a Hong Kong VPS service provider before and was ready to buy a server. As a result, because the network was too rubbish, I applied for a refund, but they refused. Then, this time, this residential IP service provider is also a Hong Kong company. I’ve been using PIA S5 proxy for a long time now and I can say it’s one of the greatest I’ve come across so far. Which is the reason why I’m still using it till this day. They provide strong proxies for all your needs and have a great customer service. I was facing problems lately and when I reached out to them, they had the problem resolved in less that 24 hours. I can say this is a very good proxy service for such cheap prices and will pick it over any other proxy services any day😍

JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY....😡
A trash proxy. They recently increased their price to 180 ips for 45 $ . I really hate this proxy. When you you buy their IPs most are low quality IP, detected as proxy IPs with a fraud score of 100 % on IPQS. One has to select 6 IPs to find at least one good IP which goes off after 5 min, if you are lucky, the IP might stay up to 6-8 hours, which after you start going again the process of selecting IPs.
In a day, one has to use 2-3 IPs, considering the number of trashy IPs, you will end up using at least 12-18 IPs to find the 2-3 IPs that will cover a whole day.
So the 180 IPs sub will take 2-3 weeks to deplete! Yes, I said 2-3 weeks! Which is 45 $. Within 2-3 weeks one has to spend 45 $ buying an IP, this is really frustrating.
Now, contacting their support is the most silly thing you can do. They will ask you your real location, PIA account ID, what IP addresses you are using. AFTER WASTING YOUR TIME THEY WILL STILL DO NOTHING!!!!! YOU HAVE WASTED YOUR BALANCE LOOKING FOR A GOOD IP, YOU HAVE WASTED YOU TIME CONTACTING SUPPORT, YOU HAVE WASTED YOUR ENERGY TRYING TO REACH THEM!!!!!!!
In the past 3 months, I have been using PIA, enduring all the challenges stated above, but in the past one week, I have not succeeded in finding a single good IP and have wasted 100 IPs. I feel drained
So, please watch this sneaky company and AVOID IT.
I know they will reply this review with their copy paste autonomous message, as they normally do.
I wish trustpilot can check that they have faked trustpilot reviews on their website, giving it a good trustpilot score to hide and pretend but in the real sense a poor service website

I should have listened to the reviews and stayed away from this service. Almost, if not all their IPs are blacklisted. Bought two proxies both which scored 100 on scamalytics. Steer clear.

This is making me so angry! It's literally scam.
I've been using their service since last August, but what's happening now feels like they're cheating us. The way they're using up your proxy balance is so sneaky. Trying to use their proxies has become a total pain – I have to try connecting to three or four just to get one to work right. And even when it does, it often stops working or won't even load Google. It's so frustrating and annoying.
Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this service and its twin, 922. They're practically the same, and they're nowhere near as good as 911 used to be. It's such a letdown from what was once a good service.

They banned my email from their pia…
They banned my email from their pia website for requesting isp change or refund. They offered to sell residential static ip and I paid, but they sold me ip proxy data center. Their service is terrible. I do not recommend it.

0 Customer service account hacked!
Disgusting customer service, I will never buy a single proxy from this place. My account was hacked and it was brought up to their attention and they can see my account is hacked as I was told to change the password... then I asked what could you do about my proxy balance because it had been drained to 0! They will not offer any support in replacing my lost balance and essentially said too bad too sad. Just realized 922 is the same owner smh avoid those companies.
UPDATE: It's funny they state they are gonna make it up, They never did or ever will after my follow up my email.

They're using scamming techniques : when you select a proxy and it's not working or you just use it for 5s and it goes offline, they don't refund you they just deduct it from the remaining proxies . So to use 1 single proxy you have to try 5 !
