Problems with charging twice the money
The product quality is good and also the delivery time 2-3 days which is quite good. Problem is that they have charged me twice for the same transaction, one when I have made the purchase and another one 1 week later(the first charge was still pending). Because of this I got a negative balance on my card account, I wasn't able to use and I had to have the card issuer cancel the initial charge from Piatra Online to get back to zero on my account. This is lack of professionalism in my opinion.

Lack of efficient communication…the goods were not delivered
Lack of efficient communication regarding delivery to another locality.
Basically, the goods were not delivered on the agreed date for delivery. The supplier did not communicated that the delivery will not be made.
The goods were in the supplier's yard (Online Market), the only ones waiting for the delivery of the goods were the workers hired and paid by the client, for unloading.
