Just to follow up. I have been successful at getting a refund via paypal. Interestingly, after I escalated my dispute to paypal as didn't receive any replies from Pickido, I then had 2 emails from Pickido asking me to "be patient" as they had a backlog of orders.

Scam on Instagram
After I saw an ad on Instagram, I bought a phone case for about 24$. They never shipped anything to me. It's a scam. Don't buy anything from them.
Edit:
I finally got my order. I've ordered it on September 28th, and it has arrived on the 31st of October. For so far I am quite satisfied with my case.
It came in a small plastic bag, which is ok for me, declared as "Sandals".

If they would have let me know, that an order takes so long i would have no problems with it, but not knowing what happened with my order/money during that time gave me an unsecure feeling.

I have experienced the same issues as the numerous other suckers like me. Placed order, money deducted, weeks later no shipment, tracking info or delivery! No reply to emails. The FCC or whoever regulates such online thievery needs to step up!!

I placed my order on Sept
I placed my order on Sept. 8. They took the money out and sent me a text. In the text was a link that I can use to check the status of my order, which has read that my order was accepted and they are getting it ready. Today is Sept. 24. No change to the status, never got a tracking number or the product. I have emailed a few times with no reply. This coming weekend I plan to go to my bank to dispute the charge. I also went ahead and marked the link as suspicious. Considering the fact that they have "Reviews" on their page, it is obvious that the reviews there are fake.
Update: Today is October 8 and I still don't have the product. The company FINALLY answered me. They said that the demand for the product is really high and that they are on back order now.. Asked for a refund and they asked me to wait longer saying that they put priority on my order.

Fake company
Fake company. I should have checked them before buying but I did not. Placed a order on Sept. 5 and they withdrew the 24 dollars on Sept. 6.
I can see on their page that a lot of customers have had the same experience.
I have written the following in every post on their Facebook page:
Dont buy from this company.....! They dont send you what you have bought... they just take your money and do not reply to your e-mails. When you ask about you shipment on their Facebook page their delete your posts!
