NEVER SHOWED UP

Scheduled delivery 2/15/2023 between 9am and 9pm. At 8:45pm I received a text that the delivery will not happen and I have to arrange for pick-up. Here is the catch. I am told that if I want to pick up my order, the current order must be cancelled and re-ordered in order to remove the $60 delivery charge or just lose the $60. But if cancel this order I would have to pay full price rather than the sale price. All I got from the Pick-Up Now customer service was a "too bad, so sorry". Next delivery available is in 4 days but not guaranteed. Just a horrible situation.

DO NOT USE PICKUPNOW DELIVERY

I wish I saw these reviews before now, and that Big Lots listed on their website this is who they used. I purchased furniture, paid for same delivery, got a confirmation that the furniture would be delivered the next day (Last Friday), I wasn't even notified that the delivery wouldn't happen. I called and was told the delivery would happen today, Monday, so I stayed home so I wouldn't miss it. Received a text a little bit ago saying delivery is now being delayed as they're looking for someone to deliver it and when I called the lady said it'll probably be rescheduled, or I could just cancel the delivery. By far the worst customer service and delivery company ever! After reading all of the review will definitely go to BBB next.

Add me to the ever growing list of people that think this company should be out of business! Horrible experience. This is a delivery service company that can't deliver their services! Ordered from Big Lots "Same day delivery". My order was at 7pm so I did not expect it the same day or even the next day. It was scheduled for two days later and then the company couldn't find a "Delivery Pro" to deliver the goods. That's because "Delivery Pros" are the average person like your Uber driver except that with Uber there are way more than enough to go around so if one decides they don't want your ride, there are ten others that need to feed their kids so they will take your ride. Pickupnow.com get out of the business. You are failing miserably! Your business model and execution are just BAD!

Worst company I have ever worked with

Worst company I have ever worked with.
They lied about everything. They said they went to the store and tried to contact which is completely untrue. I waited 5 days for my delivery to come and they rescheduled it many times. I paid 131$ and the customer service was HORRIBLE. NEVER WORK WITH THEM , AVOID THEM.
I finally cancelled my delivery.

So far my experience with this company… Could be better

So far my experience with this company is horrible, I should have received my delivery yesterday, the driver lied and said he went to the store but it wasn't ready. Fast forward to today, I received a message stating there's a delay and it might get delivered. Like wth! The driving distance from the store to me is like 10 mins if that! Not to mention this service isn't cheap. Hopefully my delivery comes today, I shall see. Oh and a rep I chatted with yesterday asked if I wanted to cancel my order, who turns away business, instead of logistically handling it?

Item not delivered and they just…

Item not delivered and they just cancelled it. Wow blows my mind, they said they don't have an answer for me. Big Lots Store said it is ready and waiting for them. Store said they use UBER and drivers are not accepting these orders.

BUYER BEWARE: Canceled Delivery on Christmas Eve.

They cancelled my order on XMas Eve that was a surprise for my wife. Waited during the 10am-2pm window, then again they said they'd deliver by end of day. Now it's cancelled and I'm going to have to figure out arrangements to rent a truck and pick it up next week.

Dont trust them

It was the worst experience, they canceled three times, don't ever trust them. Finally I had to rent UHall, and carry stuff my self, dont waste your time with this company

Terrible experience with PICKUP DELIVERY

This is a third party delivery company which for my purposes involved a Pottery Barn Outlet in Jeffersonville, Ohio. In short, I paid $279 for delivery of furniture. The delivery was scheduled for the same day as the morning of purchase at 716 pm that evening. Once 730 pm rolled around I opted to call the company for an update on my email confirmed delivery. Like many businesses nowadays this particular company has essentially automated its processes using text and email to confirm delivery. Although there is a phone option available I waited approximately 30 minutes to speak with someone who without doubt had no ability to help with my issue. I did ask to speak with a supervisor and that occurred after about another 30 minutes. During my initial interaction I was told there was no record of my delivery despite paying in advance and having an email confirmation. I was told the best option would be several days later. Typically I wouldn't be annoyed but considerable time was spent breaking down a room of furniture that day which because of work-at-home needs now has to be reassembled. In speaking with the supervisor I asked for a portion of the cost to be waived given the inconvenience and frankly failure to provide a paid service that was otherwise confirmed. I was told that was not an option and that while she was sorry, it simply is what it is notwithstanding their "pickup promise" which says "love our work or we'll make it right". Well, in the end, nothing was loved or made right. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I am still waiting for my delivery on…

I am still waiting for my delivery on day next day. What same day delivery? Don’t advertise same day if it’s not available. Also you gave me a timeframe 8a-8p next day. 9:05pm I call to check on my order and the store didn’t have it ready for pick up, so now what? Tomorrow maybe.

Ordered 2 items from 2 different stores, for SAME DAY DELIVERY. one item came next day, the other item is going on day 3. Horrible delivery service, customer service is almost non existence. I do not recommend this company for Same Day DELIVERY.

Don’t sell services you can’t provide

I paid $100 for same day delivery of a media console. My delivery window is coming to a close soon, and I still have not been assigned a driver. After reading these reviews, I guess I am not surprised. What’s worse, I cannot reach anyone for customer service. HomeGoods promoted this service as the best way for me to get my furniture quickly after I purchased it yesterday, but I am disappointed so far. HomeGoods says I have 7 days to pick up my furniture, so hopefully they show up before then, but it is ridiculous that I stayed home for this whole window just to not have a delivery.

Promised to deliver Wednesday

Promised to deliver Wednesday, then said they could deliver it Thursday, and now they are trying to deliver it tomorrow!! Completely disorganized and unreliable!! And you can’t get through on the phone, you hold for 20 minutes then it hangs up on you!!

Awesome delivery!

I read tons of bad reviews and when I got a message saying my delivery was delayed, I tried to contact their CS but couldn’t get through and when you press 1 for a call back it wouldn’t do anything. I just decided to wait and I got a phone call at 6 pm from my driver saying he’d be to my place by 7:30pm. They were right on time and friendly.

I purchased a recliner to be delivered by this company.

I had purchased a recliner to be delivered by this company for "same day delivery", but it was scheduled for the next day. The delivery window was between 9am and 9pm, so I was ready for them the night before, clearing the path from the road to my front door, which is upstairs. The next day, around lunchtime, I got a text from them saying there was a delay. I had a chat with customer service and they said that they would make sure that I would get a message from them at least 30 minutes before my chair would arrive, so I could run a couple errands without missing the delivery. I was surprised to get a notification from them informing me exactly what was happening with my chair, and easily made it home in time. The driver called right before they arrived, and was super nice. I asked if there would be a problem getting the chair upstairs and she said that it wasn't mentioned in the order, which was my fault, but got it up there quickly, carefully, and without any problems. I was very impressed with the quality and politeness of this company and it's employees. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using their services again.

After being four days late

After being four days late, you sent a 100 pound girl an guy who never even took the sectional out of the small pickup truck. I am still waiting on refund as Big Lots says you reported it delivered. Inept and dishonest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Edit* Up'd it to 1 more star. The driver was very nice and worked with us to the end. However, The system or protocol could be better. It sounds like drivers can choose to accept or not. I can't make judgement how they run this company but it gives me Uber vibes.

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, but that may change. I ordered a couch but their status doesn't update until hours later. It was supposed to arrive on Sunday then rescheduled for today between 10 -2. No updates other than "we're experiencing a delay". Two full days and going on the third if it couch doesn't arrive today.

I'm very disappointed with this company.

Do not use this company!

I ordered my couch, and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday. They said they missed the delivery window, and I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled for Sunday. They sent the same automated message today and said I needed to reschedule. I paid for this delivery, so I don’t understand why they give you a set time/date if they are unable to deliver. Very incompetent company.
