Great sweet selection. arrived quickly. will order again.

I received my order yesterday and I am really impressed. The sweets were very well packaged and the quality is very good, not like the cheap supermarket sweets. Customer service has been brilliant, they sent me a lovely email after I had ordered and plenty of updates when my order was being processed. I got my order when there was a discount code (which they do quite often, just send you the email with the code) and must say it's incredibly good value for money. I will be ordering again in the future I'm sure!

Ordered from them 3 times now. The last time I ordered a jelly mix as a Christmas present and they sent the wrong bag. I emailed them and had a response straight away apologising and stating they were going to send a replacement out straight away which they did. I wasn’t expecting it to arrive before Christmas but it came within 2 days. I offered to send the original bag back and they said there was no need. Excellent customer service and high quality sweets. I wish this company the best of luck in the future!

I never normally leave reviews but I felt like I should given the lack of concern by the CS of pick yo mix!

Unfortunately I placed an order for Xmas on the 12th of December, I haven’t had it and I doubt very much I will get it now!! These were for my kids Xmas Eve cinema night!!

They say it’s an issue with Royal Mail but I have had plenty of Royal Mail parcels for items placed around the same time! And if you look at FB there are a lot of people with the same issue!

When trying to “track” the order, on royal mail it says despatched to Royal Mail on the 16th and hasn’t changed since (it’s the 22nd). When I phoned Royal Mail the woman said although they are backlogged, deliveries are being scanned in daily, so she would presume by the despatched to Royal Mail on the 16th means that Royal Mail haven’t had it in their warehouse to “scan it into the system”.
When I emailed pick yo mix their condescending Xmas tone emails didn’t really help, and “rest assured I will get it before Xmas” - looks like I won’t!?!?!

I have been dealing with this company for just over a week to say their customer service is amazing is an understatement. The sweets are awesome too. Keep up the amazing customer service not every company is like yours that's for sure. ❤️ X

I brought these sweets on a total whim and I’m so glad I did! I’ve loved each one!! I’ve tried to eek out the last of mine now as I’ve ordered some more and also ordered some for my sister as a gift! The sweets are delicious and I love you can choose exactly what you have!

Amazing company to buy from, the sweets are delicious, postage was quick and I love the packaging.

Great variety of sweets, arrived so quickly and did not disappoint! The sweets were very fresh and absolutely delicious. They really do fill the bag rights up to the top! It can be tricky to find the sweet you want in the bag; but I guess that’s the joy of getting to the bottom.

Have ordered multiple times from Pick Yo Mix and not once have I been disappointed. Always had speedy delivery, great communication and a delicious product at the end!
