Really great experience with Sophie. Clear communication and always on time, letting us know when she’s on the way. The house is really spotless once she’s worked her magic and it’s brought new life into our home. She is always very thorough and diligent, would definitely recommend!

Very bad experience, contacted Sophie back in July, told me she had a family emergency and could not clean and was suspending work. In the meantime we had another cleaner, who came in as an interim as we were desperate. I contacted Sophie again to see if she was working and she agreed to take us on. Dates in place, then told "I have punctured my car tire." Rearranged, did not turn up and told, "I have a family emergency" this was this week, clearly forgotten the same excuse was used in July. Promises to clean should never be made if they cant be honoured, I have had weeks wasted. I am now appointing a firm as after 15 years of using cleaners that are sole traders, I have in the end always had a bad experience. Many dont know how to run a business. My advise, get a firm who employ multiple cleaners if you are looking for reliability. I would avoid this Fairly Sparkles..

Could not recommend Sophie highly enough. Always on time and works to agreed times. Excellent standard of cleaning. Home is beautiful. Sophie is very trust worthy and it’s wonderful coming home to a beautiful clean home. Thank you

Oh my goodness, I've never, ever had a cleaner before but now that my husband has dementia, I do not have the time or energy to keep my house clean.
Along comes Sophie, aka Fairy Sparkles; the answer to all my dreams!
She works very hard and obviously REALLY CAN CLEAN! Everywhere was spotless, smelled beautiful and all done within the time that we agreed! Sophie is an absolute treasure & I wonder why I waited so long because her cleaning service has literally changed my life! Thank you so very much Sophie! :-)

Excellent communication and price for a full clean of my apartment. Sophie does a great job and you can certainly tell she has been and sparkled everywhere as there such a lovely smell and everywhere does literally sparkle. Amazing job.
