Shipping was incredibly fast
Shipping was incredibly fast.
Was a little unhappy with a few scratch marks on the framing. Careful going to large on some prints as they will start to get more pixilated.

I was so happy with my purchase, I bought the self destruction piece, absolutely stunning in the floating frame.
Better still, was the customer service I received from Andrea. I did have some issues although not at the fault of pictadesign and Andrea was patient, professional, friendly and helpful and informative. A real credit to the company

It's really sad to read your words, given the situation. You have reached out to us via email and we always replied.
The whole situation with your package is complicated and we couldn't do more than what we already did.
We have shipped your package regularly and we gave you a tracking code within days.
The issue was TOTALLY caused by FEDEX who falsely claimed the package had been delivered and signed. So, the fact that you might have received other packages from FEDEX in the meantime, means nothing.
This is something we obviously couldn't control and we apologized for it.
A new Canvas is being produced right now for you free of charge and hopefully, if FEDEX manages to do its job properly, you will receive it soon.
We also hope you will consider modifying this review as soon as you get your Canvas.
