Just picked up another two pieces and once again, perfect, great advice, great service, Thank you Frame Express !

Brilliant, fourth time using this company, never a complaint, beautiful frames with meticulous attention paid to the small details, easy to order, well packaged will defiantly use again (and again!).

What an extraordinary service, this morning I brought 6 of my original pastels in at around 8.45am hoping to get them done for Wednesday or Thursday next week for an exhibition next weekend, when told them that I live quite far away (1/2 an hour drive) to my amazement they made me a coffee, gave me a seat, pushed the job to the very front and they were ready to take away 45 mins later, they have a massive range of frames in stock and for the quality they provide are very reasonably priced – I can highly recommend.

Had a bespoke frame made in record time. Cannot fault their service or the quality of their frames. The young lady who took my order couldn't do enough for me and was even ready 24hrs earlier than quoted. The price surprised me, as it's rare these days to get a decent service for little cost.

Absolutely brilliant service and quality products for a very affordable cost. Compared to a well known Coventry establishment, these guys are on a par, if not better, for a fraction of what they charge. Lead times are also lightening quick. They're now my go-to for framing my artwork.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have had alot of individual pieces of artwork framed here, and have been over the moon with the service and price of everyone. I have tried many other framers that do not provide the same level of care, as testament, i wouldn't now go anywhere else.

Been using these guys for years, great company to deal with, decent prices, great range etc, cannot fault....I really do not understand some of these reviews and the actual lack of reviews posted here, something seems wrong! - check out their website they have over 10k reviews most of them 5 star!!

They insist on sending cheap frames by signed for delivery which does not work for me due to my disability. Terrible customer services. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

So i was looking for a bespoke frame. They were a lot cheaper than other sites but given some of the good reviews I thought I would try them. The frame came damaged so I took pictures and they said it would be replaced. When I inspected it further the frame itself was quiet flimsy and poorly made.i went back within ¹0 mins and said I'd like a refund and miracles behold they had already made and shipped my replacement (yeah right ) and would not offer a refund at all. Very poor product and service

Very helpful staff making changes to my order, very quick delivery (ordered 5/12/24, delivered early 10/12/24) Excellent quality frame and build quality with nice thick plexiglass.

Delivery service was super quick with a text the day before to let you know,I would 100% purchase again!

We ordered two different sizes of frames for two oil paintings. I was really worried I would measure the paintings wrongly however the parcel arrived within just a few days, fantastically well wrapped. Both oils fitted the two types of frames perfectly and both are now on the wall. Just can't fault anything and the cost well, I would say it cost just a 3rd compared with going to the framers in our local town. Thank you.

Great. Ordered several made to measure frames and borders that came within about a week and were packaged really well. And much cheaper than competitors.

This service is not Express. Don’t expect the frames within 2 weeks of ordering.
Their delivery service is rubbish, and caused me to miss my brothers 50th birthday present.
They would not even give me a gesture of goodwill for this.
Avoid!

First Class service. Best price I could find online, easy to use interface, well-packed order (2 frames ) arrived within three days. Highly recommend (and I'm picky!).

I ordered the bespoke made to measure picture frame on a Sunday it was delivered on the Wednesday to my UK address. It was very well packaged and exactly as I had ordered. Well done Picture Frames Express.

Great service, ordered two large frames and both delivered within a week. The package was well wrapped and both frames fully protected. Parcel For e kept me fully updated with a one hour time slot. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the frames and level of service.

I've used them for a few years now and have never once had a problem. Another order arrived today and was exactly as ordered. Highly recommended.

The process for ordering was easy and frames seem good quality. But they have not added on any of the necessary things to hang it on the wall. They have included some, but not enough for the three frames I ordered. I was also very annoying to discover I still had to pay £9.99 for delivery after ordering over £100 worth of frames. They are based in Coventry and I live in Birmingham so it’s not far at all. Free delivery for big orders should be standard and does not reflect good customer service when it’s not included.
