I love how responsive Picup Media is and how quickly they respond to my questions. I see how they have made the Gemlightbox so easy to use and I am just "in training" here and making mistakes that are so easy to overcome with their guidance. They put everything in writing after the call so that I can quickly and easily refer back to their instructions. So impressive.

I couldn't ask for better service.

I have used the GemLight Box for a couple of years now and whenever I have had questions I receive personalized and engaged service. Even when it is a difficult question and they need to do research to get an answer.

Jocelyn was great

Jocelyn was great. She answered all my immediate concerns and helped me integrate Gem box with Shopify. I was under the impression this was going to be a massive ordeal and a complicated undertaking. However, she walked me through the steps and effectively made my experience easy to understand. She helped me understand how I can optimize Gembox to work in my favor and according to our business needs. She provided amazing tips to help improve the quality of our pictures And ultimately help increase our sales overall. She was extremely helpful, patient and I greatly appreciated her ongoing assistance on the matter. And I look forward to contacting her if any questions/ concerns or issues arise.

100% Customer Centered Company

Of course their Gem Light Box and Gemhub software are industry leading in jewelry photography. And when you need support, there is no one better. I reached out to support, got an email within a day, and was on a video call with them a day later. 100% customer centered company.

Charles was an extremely patient with a caller who severly tested that patience.

Charles was an extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable guide through some extremely (for me) confusing issues dealing with learning how to set up and use our new GemCam.
Some of my questions were easy to answer. Some called for navigating a series of screens and pages and were not at all obvious.
Whatever the issue, Charles was a superb guide and was a credit to your organization.

Great product
