Video size issues

I was happy to receive an email response to my question about reducing a video's file size. Charles was attentive and responded to our request to call different phone numbers, etc. which takes extra time.

Beautiful Product, Even Better Service!

We recently bought the Elite Kit for our store, Kelly Mitchell Fine Jewelry, and I just want to say how amazing the whole experience has been. From the beginning, their team has been so helpful and easy to work with. Jacky, who’s been our main contact, has seriously gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

One of the things we’ve appreciated most is how consistent their follow-up has been. They don’t just disappear after the sale—they check in regularly to see how things are going. Any time we even casually mention something, they have someone from the right department reach out within hours. It’s been so refreshing to work with a team that’s that responsive and on top of things.

The unit itself has made our lives so much easier. It’s super simple to use, and it makes our jewelry look amazing in photos. It’s really elevated how we present our pieces and has helped streamline a part of our business that used to take up so much more time which subpar results.

We’re super thankful to Jacky and everyone at Picup Media, and we’re really looking forward to seeing what they come out with next. We’re definitely in this for the long haul.

Kristine Villa should get a promotion!

I just finished a training session with Kristine Villa and she was exceptional. Not only was she proficient in conveying the information I needed to begin using the Gemlight equipment, but she was very patient and answered my questions in great detail. Obviously her knowledge of the Gemlight Pro is extensive as she knew immediately how to guide me to the information I needed to answer my question.
Simply put Kristine Villa is a ROCK STAR!

Charles was great

Charles was great. He was patient, encouraging and seemed dedicated to making sure I understood how to use the equipment and software. I appreciated that he made me feel like I was a priority and never made me feel like he was in a rush. After speaking with Charles I feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

I've been using the GemLightbox for…

I've been using the GemLightbox for years, and it has always been an essential part of my jewelry photography setup. When the GemLightbox Pro came out, I upgraded, and it worked even better. Then the GemCam was released, and of course, I had to get that too! Every product they’ve launched has been impressive, making it so much easier to capture high-quality jewelry photos and videos.

But what really makes a difference is their amazing team. I've been in touch with Jocelyn, and she has been incredibly helpful. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, she patiently walks me through everything step by step. Her support, along with the entire GemLightbox team, has been fantastic.

I just want to say a big thank you to Jocelyn and the team for their great products and outstanding customer service. If you're in the jewelry business and need a reliable and easy-to-use photography solution, I highly recommend GemLightbox!
