Warm, receptive and proactive service.
This new process of recovering one's tax refund is I must add a rather difficult one especially for the digitally illiterate.
I was very fortunate that PIE VAT service provider's representative (Maggie) was warm and receptive to my concerns. She guided and was very proactive in ensuring I did it properly and was there throughout the process. My heartfelt thank you.

What an easy and speedy way to gain a refund of our VAT! I had one little hiccup and Maggie quickly set me straight on how to finish the forms. I highly recommend this app to anyone travelling in Europe. This is so much simpler than other lining up at the airport office for a refund.

It takes too long time to refund still waiting.
I bought some products with tax free shopping both pie vat and global blue. I applied same day for tax reimbursement both companies. Pie vat claims that they are offering fast refund when compared with other companies. On the contrary global blue refunded yesterday to bank card, but pie vat still didn’t reflect anything. I am regretting to not buy from other stores which are have an agreement with global blue.

Quick and Smooth Transaction
Had an easy time filling in personal details that carried over to multiple claims and then just taking photos of the receipt and the items for each claim. Maggie was very helpful in assisting me through the process and approving my tax refund!
