New VAT refund service - could be great.
I often purchase items that get VAT refunds but in Copenhagen at the airport I had to go to several different places in the airports as there are at least THREE companies doing this. Information on where to go was challenging at best. Yours wasn’t marked at all to correspond to the name. But one I figured it out and used the app it was great communicating. So my suggestion is the companies that use your service should explain what it is about and you needing better signage at the airport.

The best method for VAT refunds.
Had a few other things i wanted refunds on but I could not locate and didnt have time to locate a person at the airport to give the forms to. Doing it on your phone after you get home just makes so much more sense. I wish everyone used pie.

Simply WOW! The cashier in Norway said I could the VAT back on a pair of Gabor sandals, I hadn’t got a clue! She sent me an email with the relevant info I needed via email and I just downloaded the app. I filled in the relevant questions needed and took a photo of the receipt. When I got home I took a photo of then purchase and submitted it for the VAT refund. Within minutes it was approved and paid into my PayPal account! Super impressed.

Easy to use app. However I requested payment to a bank card. Your service made the refund to PayPal. That’s no good. Therefore one star less.

I wish the whole of EU that uses VAT to change their system to PieVAT
I seriously love the Pie Vat app. It makes all my tax rebate fuss free! Previously I had to fill in NUMEROUS of forms and had to find customs before I departed the country. But with Pie Vat, the details are already stored in the app (so no more looking for pens) and it's so much easier to get it approved! Just need to take a picture of the products when I arrive back home and my rebates are instantly banked into my home country bank account.
The custom officer was so nasty to stamp the receipt from Copenhagen airport, just because I had a 12 hour layover in Amsterdam he refused to stamp it. So I had to bring it into my hand-carry to Amsterdam and the custom officer was more than helpful with stamping the receipt.
I do wish all future PieVat tax rebate approvals doesn't require the custom stamp so that I don't need to go to customs in the airport again.
