Ideas to ease Tax-free Claim Process
The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The only hassle I had to go through is to get the stamp from the custom officer. Foreigner like me who was first time at Copenhagen Airport might have a hard time locating the custom office. If possible, site the custom office at a prominent location nearer to the airlines check-in counters.

Tax Refund - Easy App and quick respond
First time, that I used PIE VAT. It was easy to complete the questionnaire in the App. After submission I received an approval at the same day and the money was on my account 2 days later. So, Ivan indeed recommend the company and can encourage everyone to try it as well.

The customer service was so helpful! Maggie is awesome! She's super kind and nice, answering the questions quickly and dealing with the problem in a really high efficient way.
