A 4 pack of Pifco rechargeable…

A 4 pack of Pifco rechargeable batteries, still less than a year old, still less than 50 charge ups. Take up to 3 days to reach anything like a full charge and then you get only 3 to 4 hours of battery time. Even the 8 batteries for £4 I got from a cheapo shop work better than that.

Pifco charger

Got a pifco charger worked fine for a few months and then just stopped charging my phone (iPhone) you also have to have it at a specific angle for it to actually charge. The are also very slow charger take over an hour to get to the full 100%. Overall bad quality wiring that is dodgy so yes it may be cheap in home bargains and you need a charger but I really don’t recommend you buying it.

Very dangerous products

Bought a Pifco buffet server for using at Christmas dinner. Turned it on to heat it up, then turned the heat down, and it sparked, made a massive crack sound and died. Very lucky I wasn't electrocuted or had my house burn down. Really disappointing as I was feeding 9 people. It wasn't plugged in with anything else.

Should have known better because last year we had a Pifco charging bank and it also melted spectacularly whilst charging for the first time.

Cheap, nasty and dangerous products.

Products either faulty out of the box or just give up within a few weeks.

Bought 2 charger plugs and while back, one lasted a couple of weeks, the other lasted about 3 months.
Bought a wireless charging pad, charges for less than 5 minutes and turns itself off so you have to unplug it and plug it back in again about 15 times to charge your phone.
Complete waste of time.

Pifcome - Pifco!

A Pifco toaster does not last any time at all, so a complaint was placed with the company. They wanted more details and photographic evidence but then they go missing despite reminders. Annoyed!

Poor customer service, awful delivery, false product adverts

Avoid Pifco and Sabichi home group at all costs
Purchased a Bagless cylinder vacuum direct via eBay site of Pifco.
Delivery via DPD awful, it was dumped at another address not even same Road as me. Luckily the honest elderly resident saw it and walked it round. Contacted DPD, not really bothered and told me to complain to Sabichi /Pifco group who hold a DPD business account.
Sabichi group/Pifco share same phone numbers and addresses so contacted. They apologised for incorrect delivery and advised I can return item if I want if unhappy! Well I might be unhappy because:-----
So the item-- well differs completely from item pictured and advertised both on Pifco eBay site and Pifco Direct websites. Different colour, different design especially of vacuum main cylinder and the dust capacity of item received is less than advertised. Pifco excuse, we are in process of updating adverts ( well your adverts still show different design to what I received many days later they are not updated at all). But they say I received a new 2025 model of same vacuum. I think not my vacuum clearly has date manufactured of January 2024 on it !? I ask why etc etc to be given no tangible reason but a reply of send it back if I don't want it or are unhappy. Wow nice offer and service- oh at my expense of postage as it's not faulty! So they sent different item, have incorrect adverts and specification give false year of manufacture info and I as the disappointed customer must pay!!I
The item looks and feels cheap, doubt it will last long and is very noisy.
Would never recommend Sabichi group or pifco. Avoid I suggest, or check carefully that what you will receive is as advertised.
Pifco on trustpilot has 79% Bad 1 star reviews, that says it all about the Sabichi /Pifco group and it's products or service, wish I had checked first. Buyers beware.

Stay clear pifco double air fryer from home bargains

I bought a pifco double air fryer from home bargains around 4 months ago. It worked fine to start with then when cooking it started smoking and then wouldn’t turn on at all. Frightened me so I threw it in the bin. Couldn’t get it out the house fast enough. Wouldn’t recommend complete waste of money.
