I have four orders out there saying…

I have four orders out there saying they attempted to deliver. They said no safe place to leave package or I am not available. I have a doorbell that rings when someone comes to the front door and there has never been an attempt to deliver it. I have 5 orders and everyone had an excuse but they did deliver one. I can understand delay but no attempt I can't. I won't be able to order online it is to disappointing not getting any packages. Now I will just have to wait for a refund from Temu. I will not order from Temu anymore which sucks because I looked forward to my orders from them. This shipping company is not even attempting. Hats off to the one that delivered and took the picture that person did his job.

If I could rate a zero I would because…

If I could rate a zero I would because that is what I got from them. They claimed the delivery couldn't be made for "other reason". My wife was in the front yard at the time of the claimed delivery. They are porch pirates on steroids. Stayed in phone queue for 15 minutes went from number 232 t0 239 with a 2 1/2hr wait. At 15 minute mark they hung up. Tried the online chat and finally gave up after 45 minutes of waiting for an agent. Anybody who claims to have had a good experience with Piggy Ship is either an owner, a liar or both.

Their driver stole my package

Their driver stole my package - we have security camera footage proving this. Tried calling and was told I was 326 in the queue and my wait time was over 4 hours. Tried emailing but got nowhere. Went to web site and used chat feature - finally got a reply and was told they would open an investigation. That was 2 weeks ago and I can't get anyone live through any of the above methods again. This company is a scam.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. They claim that my package was delivered on Jan 30th however a quick check on my camera shows no one delivered anything on that day. I've tried reaching out several times only to be stuck in a phone que with 200+ people ahead of me. This company should be out of business ASAP!

Horrible experience

My package updated to “delivery delayed” to “remote area not available” and when I called I was 299 in line to speak to someone and then it went to 399. I set up a call back and never received one. I even tried again and sat in the chat for someone to connect and it never happened.
They’ve delivered to my house before so they either stole my Labubu package or are just incompetent. Unfortunately, popmart told me to keep trying to contact piggyship for redelivery but I can’t even speak to someone 🙄

Horrible!

Horrible!! I have never dealt with this “company” but TikTok used them for my recent order. Tracking is awful, no real tracking can be done. Package was out for delivery but then changed to your package could not be delivered because remote area were not accessible!!! I live in a subdivision, no gate, no codes and NOTHING blocking my driveway!! Yall didnt even attempt to deliver! Now my package is being returned to seller with no other attempts to deliver!! PiggyShip needs to be investigated and shut down because these reviews are insane!!

My package was to get here two days ago…

My package was to get here two days ago and every time “it’s out for delivery” it’s unable to get delivered even though I have public housing. My friend passed away and I got trinkets to remind myself and my family of him and alas, that package hasn’t been delivered. My other package is getting sent through them and I’m very sure I won’t get that one either. I ordered via TikTok Shop. And I’m very sad

My experiences are all fine

I have had many, many packages (probably over 40) ordered from AliExpress delivered by someone from Piggyship - all fine. I have a feeling that the people that have reviewed it here are the handful that had something to wrong.

This company must be shut down immediately!

This company should lose its business license immediately. It is a scam delivery service that does NOT deliver packages routed through it. Why companies choose to use it is beyond understanding. Twice now, they have claimed to have my package out for delivery, and both times they claim that they were unable to deliver due to an inaccessible address. This is a blatant lie. They never attempted any kind of delivery to my address, and I have proof through security cameras. I even spoke to customer service reps twice who found my address and even pictures of my home on google maps. They asked me if my address was accessible, and I replied that it is…no gate code; nothing that would make delivery impossible. They are a scam company with horrible reviews here on trust Pilot from customers who have had the same experience I had. They have an F rating with multiple complaints on the BBB website and are under investigation. They never respond to inquests, and their customer service reps lie, if you can even get through to them ( after several attempts). Why is this company still in business? They should be shut down immediately. I recommend not to buy from any online retailer that uses them. You won’t get your package. Somebody please shut this company down!

Cancel this shipping company please

This is the worst shipping company ever!!!!!!!! They delivered my package to the wrong address. When I arrived to the address it was no longer there. They left it on the floor in a mail room that anyone can access. My address was correct on the package as I zoomed into the picture they took. I am so upset. Now I have to wait 48 hours to request a refund due to someone being lazy and not following gps!!!!!! They do not value other people property and should NOT be delivering ANYTHING!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. They claim that my package could not be delivered because my area was not accessible which is not true. I’m not in a gated community. I was receiving my packages regularly and the day before I had received a package and it was fine but my last two packages they say not accessible. Spoke with customer service and they said sending out again in two days. Today I received an email that it was out for delivery and checked it again it said Delivery Fail. I have cameras…that’s a bold face lie. I’ve called and waiting for another return call.

Terrible!!

Terrible!!! The driver never reads the address and has delivered my package to the wrong address several times. Customer service did not help when I called or emailed them.

HORRIBLE

These bozos employ the stupidest people to deliver. They do not knock or attempt to contact the recipient, and they leave packages on busy sidewalks to be stolen, or take forever to deliver. Their customer service is also terrible- rarely answer the phone and do not help when they do.

They have had my package for almost 20…

They have had my package for almost 20 days at the warehouse (17 miles from my home) told twice I would have the package in two days and nothing. Don’t get me started on the customer service on the phone.

PIGGY EXPRESS IS AWFUL!!

PIGGY EXPRESS IS AWFUL!!! !!!!!!! IT IS LITERALLY CRIMINAL THAT THEY ARE STILL IN SERVICE. this is my first time posting a review about any company. And it’s sad to say that my very first review is of a company that is the absolute worst. I think we should log a campaign to get them completely out of business. You try to call you never get through you get hung up on you. Send an email you never get a response. You try to chat. I was in chat hold for over an hour. They are awful. We should all contact the companies who use piggy express and how displeased we are. I already did. I ordered from Tote and Carry well I didn’t get a tote or a carry for my vacation

Horrendous shipping company

This is the absolute WORST shipping company I’ve ever experienced. They took 90 dollars for shipping and it was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. It left a friend of mine’s small business on November 18th, it then arrived and completed customs on time. There were no updates to the system, we were told repeatedly that it was in Piggy ships custody and when I contacted them, they said it wasn’t and were VERY rude. They later “find” it and then 7 more days go by. Nothing. This entire time it’s been in NY which is 2 hours away from me and it’s now Dec 15th and I still don’t have my package. They refuse to refund the seller even though they have not completed their end of the agreement. It still says my package is out for delivery for the past 4 days and nothing. This is so incredibly infuriating! Please do not use this shipping company!!!! I spend thousands at Temu and I’ve already terminated my arrangement with them simply due to the fact that I refuse to give Piggy ship any further business. To say they were angry was an understatement. They’ve offered to refund the seller for the shipment/lost products and that they will take it up with them directly. Nope. I’ve already contacted BBB and opened a complaint and included their rude messages with zero apologies as proof of what has transpired. I’m completely disgusted.
