I had been using Pika for several months without major issues, but recently PikaScenes stopped working almost entirely for me. It constantly returns "Something went wrong while generating this video", even with projects that previously worked.

I contacted support multiple times, explained my issue in detail, and even apologized when I realized I may not have expressed myself clearly. Unfortunately, I never received a clear explanation of what was causing the problem or how to fix it. I was simply told there was no issue, while the feature remained unusable.

The most disappointing part of my experience was the support. Instead of helping me diagnose the problem or explaining what had changed, I felt that my concerns were dismissed.

Pika has great potential, but reliable customer support and clearer error messages are just as important as the AI tools themselves. I hope they improve both.

Terrible experience. I signed up, set up prompts, uploaded an image, and in over 2 hours, not only did it fail to create anything with a priority alert for paying users, but it also took away my free tokens 3 times without doing anything. Don't waste your time, it's a scam!!!

Don’t bother , it’s very unpredictable and doesn’t follow your instructions. I’ve asked it to put writing onto a video and it puts a lot of hieroglyphics. It doesn’t offer any proper support if you click on “help and support” it takes you through to Discord and insists you download Discord app and install it which I wasn’t willing to do. It’s not worth the money. There are plenty of other apps that are out there. It does make very good clips yes granted it does animate them quite well but only for a few seconds and you can’t make them any longer. I wouldn’t bother with it.

This is such a scam! The results are terrible and it’s a super predatory site. They’ll hit you with pop ups right over the generate button that lock you into a YEARLY subscription automatically! Avoid at all costs. Useless.

Don't sign up! The site is a scam there is no option to simply delete your account, which is actually criminal.

I created several accounts for an educational project, and I have had serious trouble cancelling the subscriptions. In some cases, I received an error message that Pika.art failed to resolve. In other cases, I managed to cancel the subscription, but the following day the accounts appeared as subscribed again.
There is no cancellation confirmation email, which means I have no proof that the subscriptions were successfully cancelled. This seems unlawful and misleading, and it gives the impression that the company is trying to scam me, and maybe it is. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They took 2 x $134 AUD amounts out of my acc and then when i tried to contact them they ignored me.
Full on Scammers!!!!!

Great support! I subscribed to the yearly Pro plan because of a feature that had been advertised on their YouTube channel two years ago. Unfortunately, that feature was no longer available, so I contacted the support team and asked for a refund. They were very understanding and issued a full refund without any hassle. I reached out through their Discord channel, and they responded quickly. Thank you!

Pika Art is COMPLETLY WORTHLESS!!!! Using their mobile app I tried to make a video of an 80's POP singer and her younger sister. Apparently it came out looking like Madonna and thus too real of an actual person. Use Google Gemini with some other app because even though it's only $29.00 a year it's a total waste of money!!!!!!

I can't believe how I fell into the trap of Pika Art. There is no customer service at all, and if there is a response it rarely feels like an automated bot reply.

SCAM. don't reply to anything

I’ve been well and truly ripped off. I paid £9.99 for one month. Made three very short videos. Two videos are stuck and still generating. I’ve got to buy tokens to make more. I’ve clicked the cancel subscription button. I will most likely have to call my bank to stop another payment going out. Chat Gpt recommended this app.

If possible i will give 0 star, there is no customer service and this fraud business will make every effort to get you pay the money and once they have your card details the only way out is your credit card company to get a refund/chargeback. I don't know how these people actually exist with no business and no AI at all.

I used it ONLY because of the loop feature.

Rather than looping a static scene how one would expect E.g Ocean waves that just move it ALWAYS adds a stupid highlght nobody asked for like a sudden sunset, a light flash, a giant wave, random fish, or whatever else Crap this bullshit AI had in mind.

Utter waste of money.

Stay away! THis is so scammy, doe snot follow directions...Pay for FLOW by google! IT is worth it...This is trash! SO fake and so utterly less than 1 star! DO not waste your time!

Paid upfront for 50 credits. managed to create 6 videos but for the past 3 weeks all I got were 'generation failed' and 'error during video processing'. today it's no longer even logging my failed attempts it's just flashing up a banner saying 'an error occurred, please try again later'. So 44 of my 50 credits are still unused and about to expire in 4 days time. It sucks.

I signed up on ChatGPT's recommendation, but it's an extremely bad site. The video creation feature is terrible; I wish I had checked the reviews here. Definitely stay away.They are very unsuccessful at doing what you want and the support team definitely won't get back to you.

Had a task that seems to be very easy when looking at the examples from pikadditions.org, and that would be to add an extra person to my chosen video.. I had to pay for the credits since there wasn’t an option to try it for free, and after few generations failing, it generates my character looking like a giant jelly bean 😅 funny enough I paid for it and I struggle all day to come up with something hideous. Now I’m trying to get in touch with their support since to get a receipt for what I’ve purchased but with no luck, they’re not responsive at all, and on top of that they have hell a lot of websites ( .com, .org, .art, .net) and they’re not related, I can’t use my credits on another one ☹️
I feel scammed!
Now I don’t want to generate anything else , thank you!
Don’t fall into their trap, the videos take ages to generate and most of the time are failing and the quality is very poor !

Pika.art has terrible services. No, support, no responses for 4 emails. The movies that pika.art creates is really bad, movie short and not crearly enought and it charge you for 1 year budget money, no just for 1 month of trying thit program pika.atr
