One of the best ai video tools out there, their Turbo mode is super affordable and by not having so much censorships as other tools you have more creative freedom.

From all AI services I subscribed to only on this Pika ai I have to wait for two hours a generation even though I subscribed a paid money. What a bummer

During the video production I got a "high demand" warning and I couldn't produce any more videos. It was the end of the month. I couldn't use my credits, I sent many emails, no answer. Both my time and money wasted!

Be careful they don't give a refund. The services are not working. On High Demand , you can wait for the task to be completed until you just give up. AVOID WITH ALL COST!

Bad quality, makes it unusable. Classic case of expection/reality.

Features doesn’t work and keeps displaying error messages. Complete fraud and waste of money

I never signed up and they took £76 out of my account. I emailed them straight away and they said they'd blocked my card. Nope!
Although my card is blocked a week later they are still attempting to make payments!!

Dont fall for this scam. You will never be able to cancel your subscription ever

First off, when you upgrade from one plan to another, you pay full price, so basically you end up paying for two plans. Secondly, they customer service email either doesn't work or they simply don't answer. Next, when you upgrade to the version without watermarks, your work is still watermarked. When you retry a rendering which is normal because it often comes out wrong or watermarked, you lose 100 credits per retry. When you try their technical support, the answers you get don't handle anything. Their Discord (customer service platform) shows hundreds of queries and complaints like this one. This software is definitely not worth your money - there's much better stuff out there.

Do not buy from this company. I repeat… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM… They are scammers and will take your money and keep charging you even after you cancel for a service that does not work. I had to upgrade to remove watermark that did not go away. I asked for a refund and to cancel but they continued to charge me. Someone named Doug finally responded after 30 days and several emails disputing the transactions and said that I would have to keep using the product for another month even though I cancelled more than 30 days prior. A waste of $70. I had to dispute with my bank. I originally used cash app to avoid using my bank but they somehow charged my bank through cash app the second second month well after I disputed the first charge. Scammers.. 😡

Tried their free service recently. when they started giving the Pika 2.0 usage for all users until 22 December 2024. As the speed of creation was taking ages, I was prompted to upgrade to Pro membership, which costs $32 per month. I upgraded it for one month as a test before I commit to one full year.

After first hour of upgrading I have witnessed a speed-up in video creation at the beginning, but then it went back to the same slowness as the free version. It is also prompting me to upgrade to pro to get faster creation. It is almost not doing anything.

I tried to reach the customer support but with no avail. No one is responding to their support email or forum. I tried all the means of contacting them, even through Discord, but got no answer.

Stay away from it.

going on 48 hours waiting for video generation and no progress yet just says upgrade company is a huge scam!

I created a video on a day offer for free. It was great and got my idea just how I wanted.

It was very easy to platform to use.
I will subscribe soon in the year offer $98 us.

It is a scam website, they say you can create a free video but it is all false. don't use it or register, they are fake.

Paid for a subscription that is not recognised. It keeps telling me I have it, but the credits won't show up. As everyone else mentions, their costumer support is inexistent. Absolute rubbish.

I paid and subscribed(standard) last week for no watermark, everything was fine until few days ago, they check the plan, it has watermark now.

So it is kinda same as Free, but I paid for it.
