Ordered 2 towels in December, still not received. Appalling customer service,

Contact phone number doesn't work. Online support is none-existent.
My order is several weeks late, but the website claims it was 'fulfilled' just because they put it in transit. This is something I need for Christmas gifts - and because it's still just in transit, Royal Mail tracking isn't any help either.

Worse company ever. They sell the pillow like good for neck, shoulders etc. the pillow is very cheap product definitely not for neck, plus smells awful. Customer service is so bad. They stopped responding when I ask the return label. Definitely will not shop again.
