Pilot truck stop by store 576

I am at store 576 it is the most disgusting and dirty place that I been to as a truck driver when you come in behind the counter is horrible don’t no why people eat here then I went to the restroom there was pee all over the lady’s bathroom floor there was trash and toilet paper everywhere there was a guy who look homeless help the lady who work here clean up the shower. Because the lady who worked decided that doing the laundry was more important if you can go to another location you need to do so because this location need a cleaning from top to bottom

Pilots are pitiful

Pilots are pitiful. They charge silly rates for truckers to park and truckers are the reason for their revenue. We buy your expensive ass diesel and def. They're parking lots are always filthy and full of trash. Love's is the best of them all. Their CSR teams always have nasty attitudes. I guess that's what Warren Buffett likes out of his employees.

Don’t waste your time coming to this pilot they have nothing

I usually don’t stop anywhere at loves Truckstop, but I needed gas. I had traveled 30 hours. I went in specifically for cappuccino. The cashier told me they did not have any so I went to go get lemonade out of the fountain. It came out as water I I asked her if something was wrong with the machine there was no lemonade so I get a cup of ice. There’s no lids. I pay for my stuff go next-door to Arby’s. They had their lights on nothing to say that they were closed went up to order, and I was told that they were closed very rudely, I will never again stop at a pilot. I would rather run out of gas it into another one of these stores. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Thank you for the greeting and the coffee!

The best things about Pilot at exit 143, off IH40, in Hurricane Mills, TN? The staff (y’all always say, “Welcome to Pilot!”) and the coffee— truly the best on ANY interstate.

The not-the-best things? The handicapped stall in the women’s restroom. It has had no handle since before the pandemic, making it difficult to open and shut. (You might ask, “What does the pandemic have to do with this??” I have waited to say anything until now because I thought you might remodel or repair it when things got back to normal, but no.) The tissue holder is taped shut with duct tape (and doesn’t always stay shut), and the toilet leaks from the base at times due to its instability. I hope you have the resources and time to correct these things soon because— really and truly— you have the best coffee on the interstate. (And Buc-ee’s is coming to a restroom near you any day now, I’m sure, so you’ve got to raise the standard before it’s too late!)

As a truck driver and finding a place…

As a truck driver and finding a place to park and you want to reserve a place you should not be charged like a hotel we are not driving hotels. It should be 24hrs when you get there not like a hotel check in at a time and check out at at another time, and if you don't they will charge you for more than one day.

Reserved a parking spot at the Pilot in Wytheville, VA. I arrived at 02:00, parked in a spot with a “reserved” sign, went inside to get my receipt, went back to the truck to sleep with the tag taped to my window. Was woken up by an employee at 07:30 beating on my door. “You can’t park here”, he said. I said “this is a reserved spot and I paid for it”. He said “the reserved signs are there to tell you that you can’t park here”. Huh? Can I get a refund, then? Was told “nope” inside. No sleep. No refund. Thanks, Pilot.

Negative review for asking cash for parking

I would leave a negative review! I am trying to get a reserved parking spot, becouse there is no available one me and other many truckers parked in a very good spot were you no bother anybody but the guy who is checking for payments for the reserved is asking us to pay him cash so he have for lunch! Flying J from Houston, thanks for being so polite with us, i just spent $670 and your boy asking 20 more!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Okay, I am absolutely exhausted of dealing with what should have been a simple fix!! It baffles my mind that a month later I'm still having to have my time wasted when I am literally a victim of your company!! I'm putting this in writing so there is absolutely no confusion. I pull into gas station, on E! I give cashier my card for said gas, immediately charges my account. First pump doesn't work ,I go back in nicely and tell him it's not working ,he "resets" pump and I go back out. Still not pumping! I go back in ,cashier says it's fine, You Go outside! I'm visibly upset as it's now been 20 minutes while I watch everyone else pull in ,pay, pump and leave. A different team member walks outside with me to check,he tries to pump and nothing. We go back in reset, different pump. He comes back out with me again on 3rd pump now . When nothing comes out he proceeds to tell me the gas station is literally out of gas. I look at him and motion to everyone in various stages of pumping gas in front of both of our eyes and ask how is that possible ? It's now been 45 minutes, I'm taking my daughter and friend to Taylor Swift for her bday. Not cheap ,but now since both employees don't know how to fix it ,he says we will reimburse your card in 3 to 5 days. I ask for receipt as I'm traveling, and not familiar with area, and wouldn't remember where I was to follow up. He takes a few minutes to do even that. I leave 45 minutes after pulling in,and I know this because we wanted to be at hotel for girls to dress before concert. This episode meant I had to drive hoping a gas station would pop up before we were stranded on the side of road on a big special day for us!! So girls dressed in the van ,not that you care but getting ready is half the fun so happy 16th to my daughter because 45 minutes was stolen and spent another 15 at the gas station I was praying to find before we were stranded! So I check in about 7 days since it was supposed to be easily refunded in 3 to 5! I call gas station, tell this whole story ,manager calls back aand says she can't do anything, will have to transfer file. I speak to someone else ,tell story again and now I'm dealing with you . Why!!?? I paid for gas ,you have the statement, I did NOT receive one ounce of gas! I'm extremely confused about this investigation! One, there is a paper trail, two if the 2 employees involved had been spoken to the first time I called I'm sure this would absolutely be resolved!! So now because the"investigation is being run a month later of course no one knows anything. Trust me ,no way those 2 employees don't remember me! Also I was told you have cameras!!!! This is very cut and dry . No business has the right to keep someone's money for a product they did not receive because their fraud system or whatever you call it is completely flawed. On top of this outrageous stealing of money by a giant company, I am then offered 25 dollars of my own money with No apologies. This is the most insane treatment and I fully expect to be reimbursed as immediately as it can transfer. I have a lot of these exchanges documented, I don't deserve to waste and more of my time and energy on this situation. Just do the right thing in a timely manner, it's that simple. This is my last shot to work this out with you, I have been very patient but to be offered 1/3 of what you legally have to refund is the biggest shove off ever. So please show this to your boss or whoever has actual abilities to fix this now!! I'm done dealing with this,I want my hard earned money back and if I need to take a different avenue, let me know now! I have plenty of documentation and hate big business preying on hard working people, so if you are honestly not re-imbursing my money let me know now. This sounds like at it foundation a training issue,but instead of talking to said employees, and figuring out how he charged my card in a way where gas would not disperse on any pump you treat the victim as the problem. I'm also aware of cultural differences but being told to GO in anger and waved off like I was crazy because gas wasn't pumping should be addressed also but if your going to keep making excuses and pinning your companies areas of improvement needed on my bank account, I will handle this legally through someone you care about more than me. Please resolve now!

Sewage Pits

If I could use a negative number I would.
We just left both the Flying J in Phoenix and Pilot in Avondale. Both are absolutely DISGUSTING!
The trash isn't being picked up at the Flying J. It's in huge piles everywhere. It stinks.
The whole place needs bulldozed!
The Pilot at least does a somewhat better job with trash. It still wrecks, which we all know why. There's a nice little encampment between that and Danny's.
It's rare we go to either and it will be rarer.
I wanted to go get a tetanus shot after we left!

Pilot used to be my favorite truck stop but I see they’ve changed. They hire twenty year old rude store managers for one and the customer service is about a .2 1/2 to me. That 20 yr old manager in west Odessa off I 20 needs to be fired. And they get you now on returns with their small print on the door. Pilot can go to hell!!!! I now fuel up and buy everything from Ranger here in Odessa# Loves isn’t any better than pilot either!!!!!

Flying j pilot horrible truck stops

Worst truck stops in the country. Overpriced on everything. Some truck stops will let you get a free refill flying j and pilot you will never get a free refill of coffee or anything. You're going to pay $20 for a shower $20 for a parking spot.One nine is the same way.

Pump didn’t work and employees not great

Pump didn’t work. Tried another and had to go inside to make gas purchase. Employees were very slow and not motivated to assist customers. Took a ridiculous amount of time just to get gas!!

The pilot in Seville OH has no showers…

The pilot in Seville OH has no showers during the night like from 12 midnight to about 8:00 am because they are short on staff, that's what I was told by an employee. Showers are shut down cause, I guess they don't have time to clean them? One of the worse services I've seen.

Pilot truck stops are terrible half the time half the pumps don't work or pump extremely slow the def hardly ever works they restart your points at the beginning of every month the truck stops are always dirty fuel lanes are always filthy loves is a much better place to get fuel. Pilots are Bush League.

Stopped at the flying j in big springs…

Stopped at the flying j in big springs nebraska on the way to Denver. We we were there at 2in the morning and the lady at the counter was incredibly rude and condescending. There was no brewed coffee made and when we asked about it she told us that we could get the coffee from the bean pots or we could do without. It seemed that all she wanted to do was lean on the counter and be rude. The bathrooms were really dirty with no toilet paper and the trash cans were full. My wife said that there were bloody pads in the women's bathroom. The floors were dirty by the food and there was no creamer. I would prefer to run out of fuel rather than stop here again

NEVER go here

NEVER go here. They will put a hold of $500 on your card when you get fuel. With no warning or notice...That is THEFT, STEALING to tie up someone's money a large sum, that is NOT ok!!! You don't treat people that way!

We’ve been here for 36 hours stuck in a snow storm and no snow plows have been noticed. Bathrooms aren’t even stocked, no toilet paper or soap. Truck drivers fuel this industry, the least they could do is keep the bathrooms and food stocked!! Un-impressed!

Store 689 in Albuquerque with Nicole, Pam, Angel, Gabe, and Joey they were all so awesome got us right into the shower after we missed our number and they were very helpful and very nice even let us take our dog in there. Love it here if you have to stop.

I worked at Store 777 in Boise

I worked at Store 777 in Boise, Idaho. I have been with the company just shy of 2 years. This has ALWAYS been my favorite job. I wanna make a HUGE shoutout to KRISTINA BEESON. She takes the cake for being the absolute most HORRIBLE boss I have EVER had. She's racist, she's homophobic, she's extremely verbally abusive & degrading, she plays favorites & pirates time for them on their time sheets & gives them special privileges that she doesn't give to others. Specifically to her best friend John Schoffstall. She says incredibly cruel & things to not only her employees, but also frequently to her customers as well. She also allows racist slurs to come from John Schoffstall & laughs at them. She likes to promise things in interviews & then turn around & give excuses why she can't go through with them later. I think she is just an absolute HORRIBLE manager & an absolute HORRIBLE person. She needs to learn how to run a business better & even more so, she needs to learn how to talk to people KINDLY & RESPECTFULLY. Please for the love of God, DO NOT support this store as long as she is running it. DO BETTER PILOT. Protect your employees from abusive bosses!!
