Pinarello Factory Outlet 

I have bought a pinarello gan with two years warranty, but not even a year I already had an issue with the bike as I find out that has long hairline crack in the top tube rights side and if u look very closely even in left side has tiny hair line in the paint and tiny paint bubble in the right side. I was lucky enough that I spotted the hairline crack while cleaning the bike before a long ride the next day. I have cancelled my ride and contacted the pinarello company and they told me to bring the bike frame so they can do the Inspection and X’ray. So I dismantle the whole bike and brought the bike frame to pinarello store in london last 22 of september 2020. Every week I have tried to get an update, what is happening. Apparently the pinarello has a bad news as I recieved an email today 6/10/2020 saying that (“I checked with our HQ and I'm afraid the conclusion of their assessment is that unfortunately it's not a warranty issue but rather the frame has been compromised via accidental damage”.) which I hardly use the bike and never had a crash. Why their conclusions assessment is always accidental damage which is not accurate assessment and most of the pinarello bike problem is in the top tube hairline crack. What is the point of the warranty if their conclusions is always accidental damaged. This reason has been always use to void the warranty of the bike frame of pinarello which is not fair to the customers and riders.

I have to say that the staff were very helpful and did everything they could to help me decide to go for the bike I purchased. Andy who I corresponded with was overly helpful and always replied with in the day. The outlet even threw in a pair of flats for free. I'm very happy with my bike.

matt at the bike rooms spent time fitting me to the bike perfectley and gave me an complete explanation from start to fifnish.without any adjustment the first night i did 20 miles to get a feel for the bike the next day i did my first 100 miler with no problems..

I've just bought a Pinarello frame from them. Good product exactly as described, delivered within 3 days and good Email communication to let me know order status, and also to helpfully suggest that I check my measurements before they shipped the product.

Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend them.

Andy who built my bike was fantastic. Andy returned my emails before 8am and had the bike to me within a day. I took it out of the box and 10 mins later I was out riding. Perfect!!

The guys definitely know their stuff. The standard of their workmanship is brilliant and I now have my dream bike. Just need to get some new legs to do it justice!! I am guessing there will be some bike envy in my club and I will certainly be pointing people in the direction of The Bike Rooms.
