Great Bike at unbeatable price!
Order was processed in a timely manner and I received the bike just prior to Bank Holiday, which was fantastic and quicker than I'd expected. I can't fault the customer service, e-mails were sent, delivery was on day they told me and tracked.Customer service excellent!
I had one gripe there was minor damage underneath bike on cable but nothing serious enough to complain about. Nothing a tiny dab of black paint wouldn't cover and bike was not put together correctly...as well as chain was too long and links had to be removed...It just took me longer to sort than I expected but as I was changing wheels and chain set it really didn't matter.A novice rider with no maintenance experience might not have been in such a good position but was fine.

Excellent service
I had to ring for assistance during the on line ordering and they were very helpful and my order was easily completed. Just as I was told, Andy emailed me to ask how I wanted the bike built up and kept me informed of the progress and the delivery. Bike arrived exactly as promised and I am very pleased with it. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Outstanding service and quality of goods!
I bought gloves, bib shorts and a cycle jersey from pinarellofactoryoutlet. I received the goods much quicker than i expected and it is excellent quality. I used the web site measurement tables and the clothes fit really well. Overall and in summary and excellent service and quality goods. I would certainly recommend this site and would use it again. Outstanding.

After much thought and debate I decided to plump for The FP Quattro Di2 , took delivery only two days after ordering which was pleasing , only gripe I have is the handlebar tape was dirty , not acceptable for a new bike
