There is no AI's.
This company is absolutely great. There are no bots only real human that are always on duty. They are really helpful since you would have explain everything to an AI. There is a very helpful guy name Shawkat Abdelhaq. I ask for something and he replies instantly. This is the best company I've ever met.

I’m really sorry for the frustration here.
To clarify for anyone reading this, this order had already been refunded in full before this review was posted.
ARK crossplay is unfortunately limited, and Playstation is not compatible with standard Steam/Epic ARK servers. Our first reply was meant to explain that, but I completely understand why it felt unhelpful when you were asking for a refund.
The refund was issued back to the original card, and card refunds can take up to 10 days to appear, although they are often much quicker.
We do not use AI bots for support, and I’m sorry this experience gave that impression.
