This is a warning to not buy this product. It is very poorly designed I suspect that it is dropshipped but from my experience it takes many days to first of all figure out how to get it to work even then it is very unreliable, it broke on the first time I used it properly and never worked since. Speaking with the team they were as clueless as I was and were giving me unhelpful advice so that I don't refund it, with not replying to me on purpose sometimes. I requested a refund and was told to go through a long process when even they knew that the device had issues. Do not bother with this its poorly designed not worth the money.

Great combination with ChatGPT-4o! I have a constant assistant in my ears without anyone noticing.
My iPhone continuously runs the ChatGPT app on the background and whenever I ask it a question it responds on my Pinganillo Nano V5. Clear sound and I can easily ask ChatGPT to repeat an answer in a noisy situation. The additional Vip Pro UltraMini is much louder, but that is seldom necessary.

200 euros of purchases stolen
Real crooks. They sell defective products and refuse returns. don't trust the positive reviews on their site. They remove everyone who reflects reality. They stole 400 euros of purchases from me in total. I returned one of their devices. They received it and they created damage to it and put the blame on me saying that it was used too much when it was them who added the damage. in fact, I only used the device 3 times, it was in very good condition. In addition, they justified the refusal of the return by the fact that the headset had been used and that it was not just necessary to clean the surface but a needle had to be inserted inside at the risk of damaging the headset. Don't be fooled like me by the good comments on their site. they delete all negative comments.
