so I started using them and paid for the first month which was 30$ something and for the same month got billed again and got billed again on top of it and haven't had the services for a month and some how they had access to my paypal account when I did not use paypal to pay for services but my cashapp card I asked for a refund on what they took out and they are going to give me 85% of the money back not the 100% what they offered I would not go with them because they are crooks I started my services in July 3 2025 and got billed again on July 27 2025 and on Aug 13 2025 for one month of services so that is $63.92 for one month when my bill should have been on Aug 3 for $31.93 but I am talking to my lawyer about this because it isn't right that they have access to your other payment methods when you did not give them the information to it

I had an issue that was resolved very fast and McCauley was amazing in setting up extra services that I required and even supplied a "How To Guide".

i had been with my last server provider since 2018. after a recent game patch all of my servers went down. 2 weeks they tried to fix to no avail. only solution that worked was moving my servers 1400 miles away.

i contacted PingPerfect and specifically asked if they had solved the issue with the game i wanted to host. they told me they discovered and fixed it at release. I switched right there. Had all 3 of my servers up and configured in less than an hour and was playing on them with my friends with no issues. Control panel is full service full featured. my last provider limited some of the things i could change, like command line arguments and such. Great place. if your on the fence jump in, go here.

Quick server setup and excellent customer service! When I had trouble connecting to my server, the support team resolved it in under 15 minutes.

Nice cost-ratio, available promo codes and great support system. They solved my personal issue - request in little time.

There isn't anything I can't fault these guys for. It has been the most intuitive, friendly and easiest process for setting up my game server. The prices are good, the staff are incredibly friendly and understanding, even when I had a million questions. They answer questions in a way that is easily understandable and not make you feel stupid for asking them.

The pricing of their game servers is extremely competitive, if not the best I saw when I was shopping for a dedicated server. Also, the hardware you get for the price is also top notch!

11/10 - I'll be recommending these guys to everyone that wants a dedicated server. They are amazing!

Bought a 10 slot path of titans server for me and some friends. Immediately upon the server going live, the memory usage spiked to 104%. I can’t stay connected for more than 5 minutes.

No mods, no settings changed, nothing. It was, quite literally, a fresh slate.

Only to be told that the server wasn’t powerful enough to handle the game.

This server was the cheapest option possible, nothing extra bought. Nowhere was it indicated that I would need to pay extra or buy more memory or anything just to play on my own server.

Do not recommend unless you want to pay to play the server you’re already paying for.

They were very helpful and thorough in fixing my problem promptly when I had an issue.

Pingperfect has great customer service. Their pretty quick and straight to the point with questions or concerns. They know their product inside and out so it makes you feel strongly confident in their answers. I haven't had any real issues with their hosting services. If there were any issues, 99% of the time it's the game I'm hosting for (games will have their poor optimization moments let's be real). I've only hosted for one game in my entirety of being with them but Id still look towards them first because I do trust them and their always going to be my go-to for server hosting.

I didn't know they provided a service of "pausing" servers. The fee is only about $5.38USD a month. Due to some circumstances with the game I host for and life financials, they were able to support me and give me a better option rather than just canceling entirely. I feel like that's extremely dope and will definitely be helpful for people who need to take some time to make a come-back financially for their gaming servers.

My first experience as a game server ADM was with Pingperfect, and they really gave me a lot of security. They help me whenever I need it, with quick and polite service.

I rented a server for me & my friends, i didnt a clue to put it bluntly. Opened a ticket and i had "Jaxton P" to help me,
Replies were fast, friendly and he went overboard to help. Could not recommend Jaxton or the company itself, any more than i have.

The support team are amazing!

They're fast and will usually fix any issue in less than 24 hours (in my experience). I've hosted no more room in hell and modded minecraft servers and not only are the servers more affordable but they also run better than most competitors!! Really pleased with the whole service :D
