We tried the service with the trial version, Everything was fast and work without any issues.
I needed to contact the support for a setting question and they answered me pretty fast.
The change between trial and normal version worked without any issue aswell.

PingPerfect customer support is top tier
PingPerfect customer support is some of the best I've ever come across. I had a problem with billing over the holidays and they responded to my ticket within an hour and happily resolved my issue. The actual servers are solid, over the last year or so I've not had any issues, and this was across multiple games.

I love this service.
I love this service.
It's stable, for the most part, and when there are issues, the ticket support is second to none. Response times are generally pretty good, and the staff are on the case, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful - so, when you do encounter an issue, you're NOT on your own.
10/10 service so far, a couple of tickets raised (nothing terrible, I might add), and would definitely recommend.
