I'm very disappointed with this website. The delivery time indicated on the check out was one week but about a week and a half after the order, I still had no tracking number. I contacted the customer service and they told me that they were waiting to receive the pram the I ordered! They did not have it in stock while it was not mentioned anywhere on the website! After sending several emails they told me they would ship it but again no confirmation email with a tracking number... I'm still waiting and considering canceling the order and asking for a refund!
I would definitely not order anymore on this website even though they have good prices...

We got the recommendation for the online shop from a friend. However, the shop was down when we checked first time. Anyways, since it is back online it is a great store, and I like shopping there. We found our favourite pram there (Teutonia BeYou). Since the expected delivery time was quite long, we contacted pingpong beforehand and got an answer within 2h!
We ordered it and just got it in time before our baby arrived ;-)
Since then, I ordered two more times with no problems, last time the parcel even arrived after 3 days :-)

I ordered a pram and am very happy with the whole process. Friendly people, good communication and advice, delivery on time and well packed. Definitely a recommendation!
