I made an expensive order at the end of January but have not received it. Despite repeated emails and WhatsApp messages I have received no response from the company. I have made orders before and these have been received although sometimes a bit later than stated.
I received an email a few days after this was posted with an apology and the information which enabled me to track and collect my parcel.

Very good .. love the shawl. The customer service slow. But in the end replied to me email.

Bought zip necks for the men of the family for Christmas and then a long gilet cardi for me in the sale. We all love them. Comfy and cosy but also smart.

On 5/12/24 I purchased online a ‘Piccadilly' shawl and on 6/12/24 received an email confirming that it was ‘on its way’.
On 30/12/24, too late for Christmas, I received the delivery. The packaging was minimal and the shawl was badly damaged (snagged in several places) and crumpled.
During the first week of January I made many attempts to contact the company, by email, telephone and text message, and received no answer of any kind.
A disgraceful experience in every way!

Wrong item received, it was returned and replaced correctly. On 30th Dec 2024 I'm still waiting for my postage to be refunded, as promised on 11th Dec 2024.
