Pink Avocet have a range of quality clothing that you can’t find elsewhere. I purchased a beautiful cashmere/silk jumper in a beautiful blue colour. The style and quality are excellent. It was very quickly dispatched, but the delivery by Evri took longer than I would have expected.

Easy ordering and speed of delivery

I placed an order on the 2 July & still haven't received a shipping notification or tracking number. I've contacted the company numerous times by email & voicemail with no response. Still no goods have been received and down AU$200. Terrible customer service.

Update: after posting this review company reached out to say the item was out of stock & would refund. One week later & I'm still waiting for the refund & still no response to my emails. So disappointed as the company apologised for their bad service on this order but still haven't rectified the issue by promptly refunding my money & it's the 31st July, item was ordered on 2nd.

I returned a poncho a month ago asking for an exchange for a button back jumper. I’ve neither had acknowledgement or received the replacement garment having written a note with the return as well as e mailing.

I was so thrilled to find a UK stockist of these beautiful sweaters, and then by the good fortune of being quite local to PA HQ my order was delivered same day!! That may be normal in some places in UK but here in the sticks it’s unheard! Incredible service, so delighted.
Will there be more stock coming??!!

Nice cashmere jumper. Saw it at the Good housekeeping Christmas show but not in my size. The sales lady took my details and payment and it was delivered to my house the same week even though they were still running a stall as the show.
