Verification process
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience so far.
I requested two withdrawals, and shortly afterwards the site stopped them and asked me to provide verification documents. I have since submitted the requested documents, yet my withdrawals are still being held and my account remains restricted.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have contacted customer service directly, but they refuse to provide any clear timescale for when my verification will be completed or when I will receive my money.
I completely understand that verification checks may be necessary, but I have cooperated with their requests and expect clear communication about what is happening with my funds. Being left in this position without a timeframe or a satisfactory explanation is unacceptable.
I simply want my withdrawals processed and my money paid to me. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase customer service just to get a straightforward answer about their own money.
I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and resolves the matter promptly. At the moment, the lack of transparency and communication has left me with very little confidence in their service.

Very disappointing experience with Pink Casino. I had a withdrawal of around £1,300 and shortly after that my account was suspended for KYC verification. I provided all the documents they requested (passport, card details and the required evidence), but I am still waiting for a clear solution.
It is frustrating that deposits are processed quickly, but when it comes to receiving your money, there are delays and endless checks. I have fully cooperated with their verification process and I expect my withdrawal to be handled fairly and without unnecessary delays.
I would not recommend Pink Casino until they improve their communication and resolve withdrawal issues properly.

Messaged customer service and they said I needed to verify the payment method but it was even the payment method that was used it was another card number they were trying to use . Told them to forget it and just send the money back and they suspend the account for “safer gambling” messaged them again and they said there’s nothing they can do just email them about getting the money back .
