RTP at 91% on PlayNGo - Be Warned!
I played my usual playngo selection and wondered why they were playing so poorly. Checked the RTP and it's pretty much the worst I've seen anywhere. 91%!!! If you want to play here, check the RTP of every game before you start, it's really bad.

Hi there Spinner,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the RTP of our Play'n GO selection.
We understand your frustration and concern when games appear to be playing poorly, especially after discovering a 91% RTP, which you rightly point out is lower than expected.
We are committed to transparency and ensuring our players are aware of the RTP settings, and we take your comments about perceived fairness very seriously.
We will review our game configurations and ensure all RTP information is clearly accessible to allow players to make informed choices.
Please be aware that I have sent you an internal request through Trustpilot for me to be able to contact you directly and to be in a position to handle your concerns.

Made a deposit
Made a deposit, it said failed, took from my bank, no money in my account then get a random email about a withdrawal I didn't make..bizarre website.

Reply from Pink Casino
Hi Codie,
This situation often arises due to a 'Responsible Gaming Deposit Limit' you've set, or one imposed by the site, being reached.
Your bank may authorise the transaction, but our system blocks it to ensure you stay within your set limits. The "withdrawal" email is then an automatic refund of these funds directly back to your bank account. The money should reappear within 3 working days. You can review your limits in the 'Responsible Gaming' section of your account.
Please contact our 24/7 Customer Support team if you need any further assistance with this.
Kind regards, Pink Casino

Hi Naz,
I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your Apple Pay deposit not crediting and difficulty reaching support. This is certainly not the experience we aim for.
Sometimes there can be a brief delay between Apple Pay processing and your account updating. If for some reason there is a technical issue, the funds are automatically returned. Please be aware that it can take up to 3 working days for the funds to appear back in your bank account.
Best to contact our support team immediately via our 24/7 Live Chat or by email if you prefer. Have your Apple Pay transaction ID, the exact amount, and the time of deposit ready. They will investigate this for you straight away and ensure your funds are credited promptly. We're here to help resolve this for you.

I withdrew my funds
I withdrew my funds, but I didn't receive any email notification about how long it would take. This is one of the worst games I've ever played. Others took up to an hour to withdraw. I'm waiting, and there's no information, just "pending."
