Omg what happened to pink prints I miss there phone cases so much gutted that I’ve got a new phone and they have just vanished I loved them I hope your doing okay girl I miss your banging phone cases🥹x

I ordered 2 phone cases from this company in early December. They didn’t arrive. I sent multiple emails which I have had no response from. In the end I had to raise a dispute with my bank. They have eventually responded to my bank saying they stand by the charge. Total scam luckily I have all my evidence saved. Their social media accounts are non existent also. Scam company.

A total SCAM, do not order from this website parcel did not turn up, and they are completely uncontactable for a refunded or otherwise

Bought a phone case on December 12th and I haven’t received it yet (January 18th) Their website is active but their emails aren’t, not even their social media accounts! There’s no way to reach them out or get a refund! Worst part is that last year I bought and got them, really trusted them! Now I cant even send emails or anything! Don't buy anything from them!!

I want to give no stars! Ordered and chased up. No delivery and no communication.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I ordered a phone case bundle of 3 from this website and paid a decent amount of money for it. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for my order. I tried to email the company multiple times and both emails bounced back. There’s no way to contact the company to see where my order is. It’s a complete scam! They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise if they take your money but don’t send you your goods. Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Order never came. I get a kick back from the email addresses, no social media anymore and no contact number. Have opened a claim with my bank to get the money back! Its a shame as I ordered last year and they were great.

Never received my case although they claim to ship between 1-3 days after orders placed - both contact emails bounce back and have had no update. Order still says placed and I paid for the tracked shipping too. Their instagram is full of comments claiming they are a scam. Do not order from here.

Ordered on 24th October 2022 and I am yet to receive it. When I try to email them, it says delivery has failed. No other way to contact them apart from Instagram but they don’t get back to you on that either.

What a joke of a company.

Do not order from this company! It’s a scam I’ve been waiting for my order for almost a month now. Their email address to contact is now showing as undeliverable and there is no way to contact them. Do not waste your money.

I’ve Been Waiting Nearly Over 2 Weeks Nad My Order Hasn’t Even Been Shipped Yet. I’ve Sent Countless Emails And Have Gotten No Response. I Ordered For My Son And He Used His Birthday Money. It’s So Annoying That We Used £28 Pound Just For It To Go Down The Drain. Worst Website I’ve Ever Ordered From.

Whilst the case I was sent is cute, it has the wrong background colour to what I ordered. After sending proof of purchase and reaching out on Instagram weeks ago, I have still received no response.

Love my phone case! So many options to personalise, will definitely be purchasing more in future!

i waited 2 weeks for my phone case and they sent the wrong one i have sent multiple emails and still not received a reply. awful customer service
