SCAM-Purchased a basic Rana del ray lipstick I saw advertised on a Facebook ad over 12 months ago. Although the item eventually arrived, this year they randomly started debiting my card every couple of weeks for approx $43 for 'Health and Beauty'. I had to cancel my card to make it stop.

**ALERT FRAUD**

A transaction on my statements showed from here that I did not recognise so called my card provider and they said its a recurring transaction set up for "health and beauty products". Never heard of them.

Do not use this company. I've not used them but want to know why and how they have my details! A payment was pending on my account. I have written to them to ask why! I have not made a purchase with them!! Be careful they clearly just take money out of people's accounts!!! See other reviews.

Awful product (electric razor), not as described, super cheap quality. Asked for refund and they refused to process. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

After purchasing an item from this website, I noticed an unauthorised £22 payment taken from my account, along with an unexpected currency conversion fee. These charges were never clearly communicated or agreed to, which is unacceptable. I’ve contacted my bank to dispute the payment, check your statements if you’ve ordered from this company.

I wouldnt even rate it a 1 star if i could. The razor i bought is SHIT and they have stolen my debit card details to charge me money i dont even have. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS U WANT UR MONEY STOLEN AND TO BE IN DEBT!!!!!!

It’s a scam!

I bought a razor from them and their website was made to trick you and order two instead of one.

I was extremely unhappy with the quality and wanted to return these items and I am currently in an email exchange with the “customer support” who is claiming I am not eligible. Which of course is not in line with the EU law.

Avoid this nonsense.

SCAM.after seeing people on tiktok gushing about an item from there shop i bought it without a second thought.2 days ago a £22.60 transaction went through my card for a 'QUEST CLOTHING' i most definatly did not make this purchase as i rarely use this card ,reported to my bank as fraudulent and waiting for a response. absolutly advoid , do not purchase they will steal your banking info

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I brought the razor after seeing an ad and videos on tik tok, I don’t know why but after buying it I checked the reviews (don’t know why I didn’t do this beforehand) and I read that people have been getting transactions from a ‘Quest Clothing’ not even 24 hours later, I check my phone whilst at work and I have a notification from my banking app that a transaction from ‘Quest clothing’ has come through, thankfully my bank acted quickly. I will be checking every new place I purchase from online from now on.

I bought an article online from PINK SUGAR after seeing and add on Instagram. My card was cloned and they tried to make a transaction for QUEST CLOTHING. I’m already in contact with my bank.
I should have seen the reviews here before.

Scam company. Do not use!
This company scammed my daughter, she did not recieved the goods and then they went on to use her card in America. “Quest clothing” was on the transaction in question.
Appalling behaviour!

Beware Pink Sugar Shop Scam - Purchase not shipped, card cloned. After purchasing an item from them my daughter's bank account flagged multiple attempts to take money under the name QUEST CLOTHING. We had to report to our bank and get a new card.

If I could give no stars I would. 2 days After purchasing hair removal cream, they tried to take 22 pounds again from my credit card. The transaction was blocked and declined. But it meant having to freeze my credit card, have a new one sent out and a very long conversation with the fraud prevention team with my bank account. DO NOT ORDER ANYTGING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I highly doubt I will even receive the hair removal cream. All a scam. AVOID!

Do not buy from this company it’s a scam and takes all your bank information it’s a scam!!

I ordered a razor from this shop, haven’t received it but today, my card was used for a transaction from quest clothing. Luckily my credit card company flagged it up, blocked my card and cancelled it. Please avoid this company, they’re a scam.

I bought from this site a couple of days ago I haven't recieved the item yet although I do have tracking so will see but today my bank informed me that my card had fraudulently been used in a store called QUEST in America doenst take a genius to work out who it was my bank declined the payment BEWARE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

They stole/used my credit card, right after I made a purchase with them… their products are super cheap and won’t give a refund. Avoid at all cost!! Or it will cost you!
I even sent over 100 emails telling them their products are fake and they won’t give me a refund.

Goods never received, and a fraudulent transaction was attempted two days later in the USA, luckily my bank blocked it, these are scumbags...AVOID AVOID AVOID
