They do not clarify about shipping fee.
I have ordered contact lenses and put more stuff on my order to receive free express shipping, I paid over 100USD.. and still ended up paying for the delivery.
The delivery fee ended up on 45USD, ALMOST HALF OF THE PRICE OF THE ORDER.
I have reached to pinky paradise to discuss the issue, and for past 3 times I have not been answered to my question.
“Does free express shipping also not cover the delivery fee?” ONE QUESTION. Every single time I got text which said “please wait for your order” or “that doesn’t include the Saturday or Sunday” .. my package arrived on a Friday morning! Where the deliver expected a payment for the delivery, so I said no since it’s not something I was informed about. The package ended up being taken away by the courier and demanding from me to pay the delivery fee.
First after mailing with Pinky Paradise for past 4 days, they finally answered my question with long mail explaining that they DO NOT COVER the TAXES for DELIVERY FEE.
Then what does the free express shipping cover? Delivery from their company to the mail box? And afterwards I gotta pay the rest ? Ridiculous.
Ps: I wrote a review on their website about this issue. The REVIEW GOT TAKEN DOWN.

However, any import taxes, duties, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by the local customs authority, and we do not have control over them.
Additionally, we could not find any order registered under your email address, nor do we have any record of a USD 45 tax payment associated with an order from our website. If you have any proof of this charge related to a purchase from us, please provide the details so we can assist further.

Very happy with the contacts I purchased , purched 6 sets and 1 set was faulty due to being stuck to the bottle but was resolved quickly and they gave me Quick & frequent responses. Was able to replace the pair of faulty contacts and they even sent a photo showing that if I got the same ones replaced they would have the same issue and offered me to choose a different set instead. Very happy with the customer service
