My goto contact company for years. Delivery is always under 2 weeks even though it’s shipping from China to the US. I’ve never had an issue with an order.

I love that their website is clean and very easy to navigate. They make buying contacts really easy and I've stayed buying from them for over 10 years now! They never let me down and they always ship my package as fast as they can!

I got one pair of contact lenses and I knew I had to get more!!! The lenses are so so comfortable to wear and they're amazing. I've worn them multiple times now and I genuinely love them, will definitely buy more in the future!! :D

Absolutely phenomenal costumer service! I placed an order and changed my mind about 1 pair I selected, i quickly contacted the costumer service email and the replied to me within 15 minutes! They were able to access my issue very quickly and changed my order for me! They were very polite as well! 10/10 service and the ordering process was very simple as well and I enjoyed the buy one get one free promo code for new subscribers! I definitely recommend this website!

I wanted mini-sclara lens, but was worried about the fit. These fit right out of the package with no discomfort. Getting them in a prescription is often hard to find at other companies. Yet, my prescription was easy to get.

I do not recommend this company. The contact lens was messed up, irritated and turned my eye red- and the size of it was ridiculous. I filled out a form and sent them a picture of my eye, I had to then fill out another form and more information to submit a return - And they agreed to a refund for the remainder of the contacts- I went to the post office and looked at the address, which she had down as Malaysia. When I looked at the site to see if the contacts were safe prior to purchase, it said they were made in United States. They asked me for $45 for shipping.

I had made an initial purchase, and decided to make a second one paying for faster shipping with the second one, I had reached out to costumer service and asked if I could at all buy faster shipping for the first purchase, thankfully shortly after submitting my request for a reply I received an email from a very helpful customer service representative who offered to combine my orders so they could all arrive sooner! Very apt to help and responsive and kind I will definitely be purchasing again!

I ordered colored Halloween contacts for the first time from Pinky Paradise. The pair I received was faulty. As soon as I put them in, my eyes were scratched up. I couldn't get them out quick enough. Plus they were extremely blurry.
Now I'm no stranger to wearing contacts as I wear them daily and always use them for Halloween.
I contacted customer service but they didn't care.
I paid right at $60 for these contacts and the company couldn't care less.

Great product, the contacts are really comfortable to wear and easy to put on. The seller provides you with all the information about the parcel and the shipping is rather fast. They are also fast to answer and post the reviews.

I love this company they always bring amazing products! I love their contacts I’ve never had issues with them. They are comfy, can be made with prescription, and warn you when they obstruct eyesight. Recommend 10/10!

Here is my unbiased experience with this shop.

1. I ordered brown lenses, clicked on the brown lenses option and the ones I received were yellow. I e-mailed customer support and they said that they shipped the correct item and that color may differ on a screen and IRL. I understand that. But this was BRIGHT yellow vs. brown on the photos.

2. Shipping and taxes are insanely high, THRICE as much as the lensens.

3. Lenses were uncomfortable and painful. Tried them on once and then threw them out after my eyes burned up. I followed the instructions to the letter. My eyes were sore for four whole days after trying them on.

4. Their lens cleaning boxes are cheap from aliexpress where you can get them from a fraction of the price.

Overall; I would avoid. Customer service was rude when asked a normal question in a normal manner too.
Also do not subscribe to their newsletter unless you want two e-mails a day in your inbox.

Pinkyparadise claim shipping is free, it is not.

Received package, but had to pay tax, handling. +35USD.

Pinkyparadise customer service claim they said something in the sales terms... But they say free shipping.

As an answer they say the can not handle this, but PinkyParadise choose to not register for VOEC.

This is tricking customers!

They are not VOEC (vat on e-commerce) registered by choice. If they registered they could truly say they have free shipping and the customer would know the total cost.

Got an answer below from shop 6th of Nov -24: Answer looks AI generated: I wrote it was tax and handling charges. Still they write to inform me it is tax? You couldn't make up this stuff on bad customer service. Then they continue to mansplain to me that tax is out of their control; As I wrote they chose to do it; they do not enlist to the VOEC register, which would give then to tax. Again spending time, explaining their ignorance on tax and handling. There are 3000 registered companies that manages what PinkyParadise is not able to do... Of course this is a corporate strategy to trick their customers.
Customer consideration? Not registering for VOEC increases the cost for the customer due to needing to pay PinkyParadise currier to handle tax, which would be cheaper if PinkyParadise organized it from the beginning...

Lenses were decent and arrived quickly but they included AI generated art in the packaging which is disgusting and unethical and I wouldn’t have purchased from them if I had known. Hire an actual artist.
