We have recently used pinnacle for a big move and was so impressed with the crew. They were polite, patient and great quality of work. They mad the move stress free .

Constant Communication made this move so much less stressful than I had anticipated. The office staff were very patient and the packing team and driver were clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and I was always comfortable with them in my houses. All in all I am very happy to recommend this company.

Would highly recommend this company. From the off happy to answer any questions I had and there was a few! Also very fast to respond to questions and nothing was too much for them. I was moving from Sutton Surrey to Woking Surrey. The original quote was clear and explained what the process would entail.

On day one the team turned up well dressed and extremely polite and respectful. Sean ran through the plan for the day and assured me any issues or questions to ask and they would help.

Being quite nervous about some of my items I was soon out completely at ease by the way Sean and his team packed the items. My television was wrapped and carded for protection and all the kitchenware was
Carefully wrapped and placed into boxes. Even items like my trainers were packed into boxes very neatly.

Even when loading the items onto the vehicle the team were very carefully carrying furniture down the stairs and it was all loaded with care.

Once delivered at the other end I was extremely impressed that nothing was damaged and broken and even screws and fittings for the beds and other items that were taken apart were all together in a box marked “bits box” so they did not get misplaced.

I would highly recommend this company and in the future if I look to move again I won’t look elsewhere great set of guys and made a stressful situation an absolute breeze! So thank you Sean and the team!

Very personal service. Very friendly, professional and quick service. This company have looked after and handled our belongings with care. They have helped packed and delivered our belongings safe and without any breakages. Me and my husband have gone through quite stressful time and these guys made everything so easy for us. Nothing was too much for them and price was very reasonable too.

I needed to move a small amount of furniture to Lisbon in a shared consignment and accepted Pinnacle's £2197 quote. I paid the £300 deposit, signed the contact, and we agreed the collection date. I bought flights back to the UK to supervise the collection on this basis.

Six days later they wrote asking for an additional €950 to deliver to our ground-floor apartment because of a potential 30m last leg up a one-way street to our front door from the truck parking place. They broke this down into €600 for a parking permit and €350 to hire a smaller van for the last 30m. We've had Ikea deliver larger furniture in vans and these were absolutely outrageous figures for invented additional costs that were totally unnecessary for the job and they should have pushed back against their local agent who simply saw an opportunity to fleece a "rich foreigner".

They get one star for returning the deposit within 24 hours but they were probably worried I would hold them to the contracted quote. With this sort of sharp practice going on I was not going to deal with them any more.

An absolute pleasurable experience by our family on our move from Surrey to Kent! Sean and his team we're amazing in every aspect of the move and made it incredibly stress free for us! We can't thank you and your team enough! Highly recommended for anyone moving or relocating over seas!

Excellent service from Pinnacle! We moved from Surrey to Norfolk and Sean and the team couldn't have made things any smoother. Communication was great on the lead up to the move and Sean was very helpful with any queries and advice. On the day, they were punctual, professional, polite and efficient, and worked extremely hard to make sure everything went to schedule. All of our belongings arrived safely after the journey and the team navigated our very narrow spiral staircase with expertise. I can't recommend Pinnacle highly enough - if you are considering booking them, consider no more, just do it 😊

Firstly let me say... UTTERLY SUPERB! I would never go anywhere else now. Pinnacle helped me out with a three bed house move on the 15th December 2023 with very little notice and totally saved the day. The whole process was very professional and friendly. I was in awe of how they packed their removal van so quickly and efficiently making sure all our property was safe and cared for. I honestly couldn't thank them enough.

Absolutely fantastic service throughout the process. The booking team were brilliant (available, friendly and professional) and the move team were so efficient, professional and really nice as the cherry on the top. Highly recommend!

We approached Pinnacle Movers to assist us in the moving of furniture between our home in Horsham and my late parents' house in Steyning, with the additional requirement of taking some items of furniture on to Denhams Auction House in Warnham.

Sean and his team provided an excellent service, paying attention to our needs, taking care to wrap and protect furniture and handled the complexities of having two sets of furniture at one location with ease.
